Review Starbucks - Hoppers Crossing

Hi team, I really don't like doing this but it seems to always happen at this specific Starbucks at Werribee. I bought grande green tea latte and paid extra to have soy milk and extra for an additional scoop of green tea powder. This place always serves the cup nearly a quarter less than the cup size. I've asked for this to be replaced but has gotten the same amount on the second drink anyway. Furthermore I didn't get the extra scoop of green tea powder that I paid for. The staff should really be trained more and should really be mindful. We pay for the drinks we get, we deserve what we pay for.

I understand it was busy but i still paid for the size I ordered. I did not mind the wait and getting served last, despite coming in before 5 other customers, what's more disappointing was getting my drink that tasted nothing like the usual (awful taste) and paying for a size and getting less my money's worth. I appreciate that it was stressful Naomi but let's do better next time.

It's always an interesting experience going to a starbucks in Australia because you would probably end up feeling like you 'don't know coffee'. But I think starbucks is great for cold coffee/drinks that most coffee shops don't usually provide. We got cookies and cream frappucino and a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The frappucino are notorious sweet so no surprise there, but the cold brew was really nice. Perfect drink for a warm day. Plenty of indoor seating available. We also grabbed a cinnamon scroll which was also really nice. Highly recommended!

Worst franchised starbucks ever. Asked for less sugar for Frappuccino but was too sugary than normal. Moreover, toilet was extremely dirty with lots of dirty things everywhere and felt so sick. Should've gone for other local cafes but not Starbucks to waste money and time

Bought a vendetta Mocha Frappuccino for the first time here and it was only a glass of crushed ice topped with whipped cream. The coffee was barely there. Super disappointing to receive something like this for the $7 I paid. Really hope the Maccas coffee frappe comes back soon as it actually has some real coffee in it.

Every time I go to this store it is closed and only open to drive thru, or just completely closed. multiple reasons every single time from ‘plumbing’ to ‘floor cleaning’ to ‘unexpected reasons’ the lines for the drive thru are a traffic hazard as they go out through to Tarneit road and the inconsistent opening hours is such a pain. Please just post updated trading hours online if closing early as stated on your signs. I understand due to current circumstances that you may not be able to have dining open but you could still serve customers so they don’t have to create a traffic hazard and wait upwards of 30 mins for a coffee. Please don’t waste time driving here from a distance, as their trading hours change almost weekly with no notice. Id love to see these issues fixed but until then this review will remain. Here are photos I have taken from multiple occasions

Mostly we do drive through. My favourite is hot chocolate with extra chocolate on it with cream and Marshmallows. I prefer Almond milk over normal one. I love Almond crossiant. The healthy one to order is banana bread for kids, simply delicious and affordable.

I would of thought if you bought one of the $40 Starbucks travel cups you would get a complimentary coffee in it. And given that we bought 2 of them and asked the young person behind the counter if we get a free coffee for buying $80 travel cups the answer came back. Oh. O we don’t offer that here. Well we better support our local cafes then.

Always driving by this drivethru and decided to buy a drink. Really liked it and staff were very welcoming. Drink was made in decent time but there is room for improvement.

Had a quick matcha latte here and it was good. Fast service and good customer service. Really liked how they were fast with the orders

This is my second time here the first time I went was with my son, we ate and got coffees and the sandwiches were fine but the thing they are suppose to have a name for (coffee) was bad. I don't always judge a place by only 1 visit although we should and the quality should be perfect at all times so I decided to go again this morning. I got a mocha (the biggest size) and I said 2 sugars please, I watched and didn't see any sugar go in it so before I left I had a taste and I was right no sugar was put in, so I had to grab some and do it myself and the woman who didn't put the sugar in looked at me with a smile as if to say sorry I forgot but she didn't say a word (just lucky I wasn't in the car driving to work before I realised) I also got a croissant and that was nice but again the thing they are suppose to be good at (coffee) was a joke again, the flavour was weak, couldn't taste any coffee, it basically tasted like straight milk and the chocolate well I couldn't taste that either, it was lucky to be warm and I hate with a passion when you get a coffee and it's a level down from lukewarm, you shouldn't be able to drink a coffee in 10 seconds. Money is never any issue with me but when you pay top dollar for something you expect it to be good but I can say for a fact the $1 coffees next store at 7/11 are better and hotter and there is no excuse for cold coffee ever but if they were busy you might understand a little but it was 6.15am and no one in there. Sorry I've tried twice at this place hoping it would be good so I could make it a regular place we attend cause I live up the road but never again will I set foot in there and I'll be letting everyone I know don't waste your money. even McDonalds coffee is 100 times better...But no way could these people here call themselves baristas...VERY UNHAPPY but there will be no 3rd time lucky cause there won't be a 3rd time..

This is the best Starbucks in Melbourne and better than any Starbucks in New York that I have been too. The pastries are to die for especially the almond croissants, escargots and vanilla custards. The salads are fresh and tasty. The flavour of the coffee is even a different taste. The staff is so friendly and polite. The place has a great ambiance and very clean. I don’t mind driving all the way from Altona every week. I give it a 10/10 .

Very happy with the launch of Starbucks in this place. Service and delivery is top notch in line with the brand image. Tried a few options from their Christmas range like white chocolate mocha and simply loved it.

Happy! Best croissant in west. First time here, so happy to be served with warm and fluffy croissant. The cafe is so spacious, very suitable for meeting up with friends and also business meeting. I love this place for a light breakfast, and they do have juices on the go too!

Great start willing to help you in any form of why coffee is good if I could give it a better rating fresh and clean establishment bringing a positive to the area

We drive by this new Starbucks regularly and there always seems to be line for the ‘drive through’. So this morning we decided to stop in and give it a go. Inside is neat, tidy and the staff are pleasant. Ordered a cappuccino, chai latte and a big ‘French’ croissant, to be had as ‘dine in’. Only afterwards was I told that if had wanted chocolate power on the cappuccino, I needed to ask. Likewise, if I wanted it in a mug rather paper cup. But no guide is offered to ‘first timers’ as to what we need to be asking and, although the staff didn’t appear to be run off their feet (unlike at the Coffee Club 1.5 kms away, where they still have time to always ask) it is not part of their customer service to ask you those questions. The cappucino was OK - but no chocolate - and, while the chia latte was very good, it came with the taste of the paper of the non-plastic coated cup. Pleasant environment - not noisy, handy parking, but staff training leaves something to be desired. Oh, you also have to ask if you’d like a receipt!

Called in this morning for a mocha.  Service through drive through was super slow.  Asked for a skinny mocha with 2 sugars.   Got a cappuccino with no sugar.   Asked for a tall and got half a cup of coffee and half a cup of froth.   WONT GO BACK THERE !!!!!!!!

Newly opened Starbucks with drive thru. Design of parking and drive thru is a nightmare causing traffic jams. Based solely on how dirty it was I’m giving this a 1. The concept is great but rubbish was scattered all over the entrance floor. Bin was 2 metres away. Walked in, rubbish all over the tables, on the floor. Just looked dirty. We walked out. Maybe they need more staff or more bins but what a mess. Disappointed. Hope it improves.
