Love this restaurant. i love their fish and bbq dishes. Quite pricey but u get what u paid for. The food is very delicious and the service is friendly. Probably the best restaurant in Hornsby.
They have an excellent lunch special on at the moment, for just less than $17 you get to choose from three entrees and about eight mains and this also includes a beer or wine. You can opt for a soft drink instead and the price drops by a couple of dollars.
I got the spring roll (small but tasty) and the lamb massaman curry which was delicious! Creamy, a hint of spicy and meltingly tender lamb. The curry even came with rice! Oh and my beer was ICE cold which was a huge bonus. I love when places adequately chill their glasses, it makes such a massive difference. Portions weren’t huge but I’m a big eater and I walked away satisfied.
An amazing place that has the most outrageously outstanding desserts you've ever seen. Think 'a spectacle before your eyes'. Pour hot berries over a chocolate dome revealing custard profiteroles. Yes please. Also had the meringue over ice cream bombe alaska! Yum
What I love about this restaurant more than the main dishes is their dessert. It's very creative and of course DELISH. The dishes are lovely and the cocktail menu a must see.
I have to say that this is quite a fancy restaurant. You don't expect Thai food to look like fine dining quality. I think the food is great and presentation is wonderful. Great place for groups and I would come again.
A fantastic lunch shared at Infuzions Horsby. We ordered garlic soft shell crab and lamb shank rendang. Wov!
Started with the crab, it was fresh and crispy with well balanced sauce. Rendang was delicately done with beatiful flavours taking lamb shank to another level. Goes to my TOP rendangs eaten.
Staff was honest enough to run after us and hand back our forgotten sunnies :) Definitely will go back and try their offerings from the grill!
Had a group of 10 so we enjoyed one of the banquets. Every dish was delicious and presented beautifully and more than enough food. We finished off the night with an amazing looking and equally tasty dessert
This is our second visit to this restaurant. The first was on our late night visit for a light supper. We were enjoy our first visit, so kind of unspoken decision that a second visit for a complete dining experience should be a must. Well, we finally got our time on Friday night, what I like more was that we did not need a booking to be seated in this restaurant. I kind of a slack casual supporter in term of boring reservation style. We decided to go with their variety of tapas menu, with tofu, pork belly, cured salmon then continue with their main with massaman curry and pad thai. We ordered their lime lychee mojito and white wine to accompany the meals. Each of the dish came with abundant delicious flavor combination. We enjoy every bit of it. Definitely, one place that deserve a next go!
First timer to this restaraunt! It was within the busiest time of the night yet the quality of food and service was awesome!
Recommend this place to anybody wanting a great Thai experience!
Liked!. Went last night with the Mr. - originally weren't decided on what to have for dinner but upon walking past this place decided that we'd try it - attentive staff and very good food. Very very busy restaurant but i can understand why! Had the Larb Salmon which was a little on the herby/spicy side; Meat balls - the way they served it in shot glasses was so unique; Lamb cutlets - which even Mr. liked and he's not a lamb person; Massaman curry which was very rich and perfect with rice. We finished off the night was the Paradise dessert - Very pretty sugar crown although it was very prickly and hard to eat (not recommended for small children); I loved the combination in the glass goblet though; flourless brownie with raspberry, grapefruit and macadamia gelato. When Mr. was paying the bill came to just over $100 but as this place was part of the Entertainment book (North Sydney/Sydney 2014-15) it shaved a good 25 dollars off our bill :) Not bad for a romantic 3 hour dinner date; will be back with family!
I love going to Infuzions. I feel like a celebrity whenever I have lunch there. Ben, the owner always have time to chat and even take your order and serve. The food is delicious. My favourite is Crispy Pork Belly and Massaman Osso Buco. I also like the Soft Shell Crab and the Chicken Green Curry. Their Mojitos are fantastic.
A mixed experience, but overall good.. The service was great. Very attentive friendly staff. The entrée's were lovely. Sashimi and crispy tofu were amazing! The mains however were a slight let down. I ordered the pad kee maw with vegetables and tofu however there were NO vegetables in the dish, apart from 3 carrots and one little piece of broccoli. The flavour was amazing however I could only eat a small portion as the dish consisted entirely of noodles. The salt and pepper squid was also a let down, as it was chewy and tasted very bland.
However the red duck curry was delicious, as was the seafood yellow curry. The dessert was impressively presented, with spun sugar and the brownie and sorbets were very indulgent. Overall I think the food was lovely, however a few tweaks need to be made to some of the dishes. If you want your dish to come with vegetables, maybe emphasis this!
Also the heater that we were sitting under outside was far too hot and I felt permentanly flushed throughout the entire evening. Maybe it would of been nicer inside however I think from a health perspective that heater needs to be turned down!
Good food, quick service. Very impressive for this area. The staff were friendly and accommodated us on a busy night despite not having booked.
The food was served quickly and was of great quality. The green curry (always my favourite Thai dish) did not disappoint. All the dishes my group tried were good - nothing felt pre-prepared.
They've gone to a fair amount of effort on the decor. There's a lively atmosphere but still quiet enough to hear a conversation.
Wine prices are pretty reasonable
Dinner. Went with friends a couple of nights ago. First time diners at this venue. Shared two entrees between four of us, a sashimi plate and salt and pepper prawns, excellent. Mains were Pad Thai with king prawns, a mushroom dish, salt and pepper duck and another dish, I forget. A fairly eclectic menu all four meals were great. Service and venue were first class. Not the cheapest restaurant around but good when you need to reward yourself. I'll certainly be returning.
