Best culinary experience in Sydney. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Food was great. Authentic Indian food to fill the gaps of homesickness. Cosy atmosphere, filled with enticing aromas. Can’t wait to go back.
Very tasty food, the lamb korma and daal are delicious. The lamb korma is a must try. Friendly service and the food is made quickly. Would recommend it.

REAL AUTHENTIC HEALTHY INDIAN FOOD - QUALITY INGREDIENTS - LOVING OWNERSHave you seen the movie "Today's Special"? This restaurant will remind you of that.My "very hard to please" and health conscious husband took me to this restaurant for the first time when I was pregnant and wanted to eat out. The reason for he took me there was because he said that it was only place in the whole Sydney where you get "REAL AUTHENTIC INDIAN" food made from QUALITY INGREDIENTS and he cared for our little baby developing inside me.People look up to my husband for his opinion and recommendations due to his uncompromising and high standards. So, if he was taking me there, I knew it MUST be the best. And - oh my god - what a beautiful experience I had! Although it was fully packed but we managed to get a table for 2 after 15 minutes wait. The owners were so nice and loving. They treated me like their own family. The staff was so busy but they served everyone with smile. And the food was as if it was cooked in heaven! Honestly, that was the real authentic Indian food. I tried Saag (a spinach recipe) and Malati Kofta. For the first time in my life, I tasted flavour of chickpea flour marinate so perfectly balanced with spinach and mustard along with the hint of mild, gentle spices. It was not dry and it was not watery - just the perfect consistency and texture! The recipe of dumplings of Malai Kofta is exclusive in this restaurant. It was out-of-the world - the dumplings melted in my mouth and created a symphony of flavours floating on the creamy sauce. It went so well along with the Peshawari Naan. The hard to copy filling of Peshawari Naan by Tommy is so delicious - I do not think I have ever tasted such a tasty Peshawari Nann anywhere.I am so spoilt now that I do not want to eat in any other Indian restaurant.Although the owner and the chef, Tommy, was extremely busy but towards the end of the night, he came out and tried speaking to customers on all the tables asking for reviews. His wife was managed the entire show outside the kitchen for the entire time in a perfect manner - lightening up the entire restaurant with beautiful smile and gentle care for every single table with her employees.I really wish if Tommy had this restaurant in front of Sydney Harbour - the world should know what is actually real authentic food is.I wish them lots of success. God bless them.

The Tandoori and Curry Club is run by Tommy and his wife. Tommy is a gentle and unassuming man that is a great example of quiet success. Starting out his restaurant career as a dish washer, he opened the Tandoori and Curry Club on the west side of Hornsby twenty five years ago and has remained at the same location for all this time, building a large and loyal following.

Amazing food! The lamb cutlets deserve a reward of their own! Tommy and crew go above and beyond to explain the dishes and the portion sizes never leave you hungry. Finish your meal off with the Mango Kulfi, it's amazing.
Can't recommend Tandoori Curry Club enough, lovely food and great people. Decor could use a freshen up along with the frontage but once you're in, the food is magnificent. Best local Indian and no blaring loud music.
Such a great restaurant. Definitely recommend going there with the family. We took our younger son to try Indian food for the first time and everyone was extremely lovely and helpful. The food was fantastic and my son loved the experience thanks to their thoughtfulness.
We tried paneer butter masala and naans. The food tasted amazing. They have a wide range of non-vegetarian options aswell. Especially would like to call out the Peshawari naan. It was subtle yet flavorful.
Price range is relatively cheap, compared to other options in the area. The place is super clean.
Will definitely visit again.
The food is brilliant, the beers are cold, and the staff are first class. It's a fabulous curry house.
Must try “Garlic Cheese Naan” and “Butter chicken”. Best naan ever. Good service
