Excellent service. Always happy customer. The owner is super friendly and spends time to get to know his customers. I was blown away by his politeness today as he asked me how I am. Such a nice gesture. Will be back.

Nice outdoor seats to enjoy t sunshine in winters. However very average coffee and service. Never come back.

Really nice and friendly staff. The guy was really prompt and helpful. When I ask for extra cutlwry he got this straight away for me. Really quality food with good quality brands for tea and sugar. This place has consistent quality and service. Very happy customer.

Wasn't impressed at all. The bread was spouse to be Brown sourdough which came a a simple bread I can get in Coles for $2 . Charged $18 for the dish and berly put any avocado on it or anything to even make it look nice.

Asked for the Chef's Special stating Reef & Beef offering Tenderloin steak with Tempura prawns, Calamari rings and Bearnaise sauce. What did I get? - A plain mini steak with French fries!!!! Very deceiving!

Cafe Floremnce is a very casual place on the mall at Hornsby. It has indoor seating but their al fresco area out the front is by far their most popular space. Avocado, salmon and eggs are a combination that always seems to work for breakfast. This combo was no exception. Called the Nutrity Breakfast, it had smoked salmon on top of nice and fluffy scrambled eggs all on toasted sourdough and topped with a couple of big chunks of ripe avocado.

Obviously new owners. If I can go and eat somewhere but could make better myself-why bother.  New Owners: If you buy cheap quality food will reduce patronage as is obvious at present.  I saw you come in with a cartons of UTI no name milk.  It doesn't work that way in Australia.

This place used to be good; but now it is a rip off for what it offers, in addition, you have the rude management and the ill trained staff. Avoid it at any cost.

This place used to be great until new management the new owner is very rude and staff not as friendly as the ones before, the feel of the place is fake and just not what it used to be the new owner needs to take a good look and maybe talk to the former owner and get some good ways ahead I will not be going back and nor will I tell people or recommend this place either it's sad as I have been going to this cafe for years and years. Plus they took away table service that was the once thing I love about this place on a Sunday morning on my day off just sit relax and enjoy but not anymore.

Had Sunshine breakfast special. It was swimming in caramelised balsamic Vinegar and barely edible. I only ate it because I was starving.<br/>My husband had a chicken dish with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and steamed vegetables. I tried some of his mashed potatoes trying to get Vinegar taste out of my mouth. It was quite bad too<br/>

Pretty chilled and plain cafe located outside of Hornsby Westfield. Food portions to prices are great and variety is broad. Last time I came here, I ordered breakie, I’m usually used to plates that are completely full, bread portion was a bit tiny to what needed to be stacked on.

Cafe Florence is your neighbourhood friendly, humble cafe that isn’t focused on being “instagram worthy” but rather on the food and service. It offers a wide selection of food without the hefty price tag that most cafes seems to be adopting these days. I got the beef burger + chips ($12.50) whilst my friend ordered the steak sandwich + chips. Food was great and you definitely got your money’s value. Would definitely return if in the area.

Always a pleasant experience. Honestly, I come here for the coffee! It’s the BEST! Better than Campos or any other coffee favourite. So smooth & has character. The food is also wholesome and service is fast.

Tribble BF. They can’t even get a simple punched egg right. Tasteless. The worth BF that I had recently. Tried country BF, the pumpkin was under cooked. The punched egg was hard and squished. terrible

I decided to treat myself to Honey Mustard Lobster Tails......I am drooling now just thinking about how delicious it was, the staff were happening.....the vibe mellow and the food gr8 I will be back !

Great deal at $12.90 for a steak sandwich with chips. The sandwich is delicious and very succulent due to the tomatoes used. However the steak was tough to digest, and could have been more tender. Overall, the meal was satisfying as the chips and service made up for it!

After spending 30 minutes waiting at Sourdough Bakery only to be told that breakfast finished 10 minutes ago, so we would have to order something else. We decided it wasn't worth the effort of waiting another 30 minutes and came here. <br/><br/>Does it look as nice? Is it as fancy and new? No and no. <br/><br/>We the service quick, the prices reasonable, did the food arrive on time, did it taste good? YES YES YES

Very fast service and friendly! Good foods good price $10 meal $3.20 coffee filled me up for half a day. The beautiful chicken and avocado open grill is very generous portion. Will be back for dinner!👍<br/>

Unimpressed. The cheese and tomato omelette was nice however the vegetarian pasta with napolitana sauce was terrible. It was store bought pasta and sauce, without flavour and even the few vegetables were not the ones mentioned in the menu. It was stingy and nasty and I felt ripped off.

Weekly lunch. I love their breakfast menu. The Aussie breakfast is great. So is the English Breakfast. I also like their fish and chips or ceaser salad in summer and pumpkin soup in the winter. lovely coffee and lemon, lime and bitters. The waitresses do a great job.

Disgusting, and bad food. The food was limp and lifeless so I never went back .. then I found out that the owner is a scumbag ripping of his employees .. disgusting

Average service, but awful food. My steak budget meat and salty. Don't add salt to my chips, if you have salt shakers on the tables.
