Surprisingly we loved our experience at Pizza Hut. Service was quick & we didn't wait long between or order & wait in store! Pizza was also fantastic & would highly recommend the Butcher's Block pizza!

Gave away my pizza, then took 20 minutes to make another. The manager claimed he would give me a free pizza coupon with my order when it was ready... He did not deliver with this promise and gave me a 20% of your next order voucher. This is a shoddy business!

This location does its job, but sometimes it can be disappointing. The prices are a bit expensive, but it is better than Domino’s. The food is good, but not incredible, although the delivery times are a good 15-20 minutes long, which is alright. I recommend getting pizza from here if you are stuck in the home, but there are better local offers. The Hershey’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza is incredible too.

I ordered online. Both pizzas were fresh and hot, with one of them having added feta. I tried the new Hershey cookie and it says "served warm and gooey" and it was indeed. The food arrived at my house five minutes early and the delivery man was very polite. I would definitely eat here again.

Most of the time the pizza here is awesome. Sometimes not as much. There's one guy who works here, pretty sure he's the manager, whenever he's there... damn that's great pizza. When he's not there it's still good but just not AS good as when he is. Best pizza in the area imo.
We used to order here regularly. We made a mistake while ordering one time and they actually called us to make sure if we wanted what we ordered or what we usually order. Now that is good customer service.
Only reason we stopped eating here is because we moved. One of the only things I miss about Hornsby.

Very unprofessional business
Pizzas-if they arrive- are often undercooked, mangled and taste horrible. The use of bikes as transport is used as an excuse for poor service on a regular basis and is clearly an unacceptable form of transport that desperately needs to be reviewed. Staff in store struggle to understand customers over the phone and we can't understand them in return. No compensation is given for late or unacceptable deliveries.
Every order I place with this store gets worse each time.I have given this business every opportunity to prove me wrong but today was one chance too many. My family and I are taking our business elsewhere and I encourage everyone to do the same. We do not have to settle for garbage.

The call was not the greatest and I was on hold for A while and then I found out it was an overseas call centre. The pizza wasn't very good either.

Me and my hubby hadn't gotten pizza hut for years beside of course dine in! We travel to lake haven usually.. so we decided to start ordering pizzas from hornsby! (i only go dine in cause i love the pasta!!). Our experience was amazing, the service was great as the man serving us was so polite and lovely. we stood at the counter for 5mins trying to decide on pizzas and he didn't mind, and then he showed us both the pizzas once the order was done. I can honestly say they tasted incredible and full of flavour, legit the best meatlovers bbq EVER! We made the mistake of getting the prawn supreme though which was our fault! We didn't read the menu properly and assumed its like a normal supreme with meat, and just adding prawns but its basically a vegetarian with prawns. So we will be getting the super supreme for now on ! Very happy, we will be back tonight too!
