Oh great shop! Chicken nuggets and fries cup super delicious - still hot when I have it. The slushies are so cheap, 1 bucks normal, 2 bucks with bursties and it's large size. The cashiers are very respectful and properly trained. Good stuff

Absolutely outraged because I ordered a vegan cheese burger and was given a normal cheese burger. I understand things can go wrong because I use to work in fast food but when I went to the counter to complain, the staff member told me they did not have anymore vegan cheese burgers and refused to give me a refund and rudely handed me the burger and chips they had touched and took apart. Definately bad customer service and a long wait time!

Drive thru are reasonably quick and the food always seems fresh. My 3 yo loves the tempura nuggets. Not hard and dried out like some other fast food retailers

Ordered a Ultimate Whopper. Been a long time since I have had Hungry Jacks and from what I see I won’t be coming back anytime soon. The burger was a sloppy build and nothing like what you see in the pictures advertising the burger. The buns felt stale, dry and looked squashed. Overall the burger was only just warm. That famous flame grill flavour has gone. From my experience I could say the burgers are better at McDonalds and not Hungry Jacks. My order wasn’t at a busy time or day. Yet the burger looked like a rush build. Let’s hope things improve at this Westfield food court Hungry Jacks😬

This was my first visit in Hungry Jack's since i came to Australia 5 years back and my first meal was Chicken Grilled Burger with Bacon, that was the most beautiful burgers i ve ever had, beautifully grilled, perfect sauce, and presentation was even not like big names which have whole lettuce everywhere messy sauce dripping while eating. You won one customer forever Hungry Jack's keep it up will be visiting often and thank you for serving meal all the hard working employees.
