Nice shopping mall which serves daily needs as well as a place to hangout. There are good cafes for meet and greet. Woolworths, coles, aldi are available under one roof. For apple fan boys there is an apple store. Target, david jones available. Big W, myre missing. Food court could be better.

Absolutely disgraceful! The elevators, Travelator and escalators are always broken. This morning, people with trolleys were queueing up 10 deep waiting for the one lift that was operating. Both travelator‘s were broken on level two and one on level four. I feel for the elderly or those with mobility issues. This seems to happen on a weekly basis, time to upgrade Westfield!

Westfield Hornsby is an incredible shopping centre that covers lots of Hornsby. It's a short walk from the station, you have everything you need there; and the parking is really good.
The quality of the food and coffee is also outstanding too and it's a top spot.

Haven't been there for a couple of years
On a Saturday found car parking relatively easy.
Surprised to see they still use ticket technology no problem is works.
Looking for fish so no surprise headed for the fish market.
Love the layout very customer friendly and a good choice of fish

I rarely go there, not very familiar with their layout. Went there recently for an event. The most annoying thing is their car park. I parked in purple level D section. When I returned I thought I found the purple level and D section but I couldn't find my car. Finally had to give up and talked to their customer service in the car park. Lucky the guys told me that I was on the wrong side and there were two section D in the same level. How confusing is it? What kind of common sense is that?
I need to give five stars to the staff working in the car park's customer service. One of them took me in his golf cart and had to exit the car park and enter from the entrance I came in to find my car. OMG.

More often than not their lifts are out of service.. which is annoying especially if you have a pram .. and when they do work, they're the slowest lifts on the face of the earth (probably).
Otherwise there are plenty of activities for the kids which is always nice.

I am over the moon at how kind Security guard Nathan was to me today at Hornsby Westfield Shopping centre. I was struggling carrying all of my items today along with pushing a stroller. Security guard Nathan promptly came to assist me, he walked me to my car with all of my purchases. His customer service skills were truely remarkable and I am beyond impressed with this young gentleman. It is nice to know that there are such kind souls working within my local Westfield. Westfield is lucky to have such a valuable employee! Thank you Nathan and thank you Westfield!
