Not sure what's going on, took 45 minutes for a salad and a schnitzel and place doesn't look that busy? Perhaps you need to pre-order given people who arrived after us got their meals before us, or maybe you just need to be a local

The Exchange Hotel has great indoor and outdoor dining options and a wine bar. The decor is very nice and homely. It is in a great location in the city. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. I thoroughly recommend the Chicken Parmalat and the Chicken Schnitzel. It is so nice
