Ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole and sour cream didn't receive either, also looks like a dogs breakfast. Also ordered a burrito and asked for no tomatoes and also to add guacamole, they added tomatoes and there was no guac. Don't go to this guzman they always stuff up your orders.
I would advise not to order from this particular Guzman y Gomez. The times that I have purchased from this restaurant have been met with disappointment. Repeatedly my order has been incorrect, missing ingredients/items and one one occasion has caused me to feel ill. I do not say these things lightly

The staff will constantly get orders wrong and will constantly forget to add the extras that you asked for. I come here often and this happens every single time. Please improve. Russel did an amazing job tonight. He was so polite and friendly and had a smile on his face the whole time with everyone he served. You don’t see good customer service like that nowadays especially from someone so young.
