Review Le Village - Hunters Hill

Awesome vibe with live music. Lovely service, though it was a tad slow due to it being peak time Saturday brunch. Loved the bacon & egg baguette and French toast with caramelized apples. The smell of the wood smoker was amazing. Followed by laying in the sun at Clarke's point. Best no-kids date in a while.

Cute little french cafe, with both indoor and out seating. They have a nice range for dinner, breakfast and lunch. I loved their croque monseiur.

I usually judge somewhere on if I’d go back and sadly I wouldn’t rush back. Entree of duck croquettes was so so. There wasn’t a lot of duck in them to get solid duck flavour. The main of steak and chips was pretty basic. I asked for the peppercorn sauce and it was quite nice and sticky. However the steak and chips were no better than your local $10 pub lunch. Dessert was the most disappointing as 2 of the main desserts were not available on a Saturday night and I was left with 4 very sad looking profiteroles. Whilst this isn’t an expensive restaurant it was really not worth the money. On a plus the atmosphere is fairly nice and, the 2 male waiters were nice enough and the cocktail was yum!

Had a wonderful meal with friends at Least Village. Very friendly and helpful staff, great food and atmosphere. It is easy to find parking at the rear of the premises. Would consider prices fairly expensive, but the expense is reflected in the quality of the food. Would eat there again.

Superb French restaurant. Excellent food and the desserts are to die for! The atmosphere is very romantic at night with fairy lights outside and all the staff speak in French accents like we were in Paris. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic French restaurant only 15 mins from the city. 3 courses $60 per person. Delicious food and menu. Changes regularly. Generous serves. Lovely ambience. BYO suggested ($12 per bottle) as wine list is pretty expensive. Best liver parfait I've ever had. And you must try the creme brulee.

We really loved this restaurant. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was lovely, it felt really homely and warm with some nice french music playing. Declan, who was looking after us, was really efficient and friendly. We will definitely be going back.

I love this place, they always give me a little extra something when i order my thicc shake, so funny story...one a rainy afternoon i approached this amazing cafe, and feeling frivolous i decided to purchase a vanilla milkshake, to my surprise (not that i'm against it) i found some neatly placed hairs under the whipped cream. Look i know to some this might seem foul to the faint-hearted but i found this whole experience rather enlightening - do i recommend eating here, of course speaking of courses, their course meals are to die for, but i recommend you put hairs in all the meals next time, there is nothing more delicious than consistency
