What an amazing experience! Zoe and Lachlan have done a beautiful job in converting this little shop into a real-food heaven. It's a warm and welcoming space full of all kinds of tantalising treasures of the edible kind. The food is sensational. I have eaten well over the years, at some of Sydney and Melbourne's best restaurants, and it's been a long time since I have had such a wondrous experience. Each of Zoe's dishes was full of flavour and wonderful texture, and had me searching for superlatives. We will definitely be back, and while Zoe and Lachlan deserve to be hugely successful, I hope this little gem remains hidden for a while.
The food was delicious, the flavours well put together and the presentation was beautiful. We tried a variety of tapas style dishes and then the treacle duck. All was divine and I couldn't fault anything. The coffee was percolated (not coffee machine) but delicious, and their wine list is great, something good to suit everyone's price point. We finished with the beer doughnut with lemon curd ��, wow!
Fine dining standard food in a casual, cosy setting with friendly and attentive service. What more could you want?!!

We’d forgotten how delicious the skin of a bean was, and the eating of the skin was optional! Music selection didn’t go unnoticed either - it felt like a carefully curated set. This tiny restaurant has an incredible degustation. Lots of variety, seasonal produce and original foods. Also fabulous wine and food matching. We will definitely be going back.
Just a really beautiful experience. The food is thoughtful, interesting and always delicious, the space is unique, and the service is spot on. Highlights for me were anything with mushrooms, the croissant/cheese course, and the petit fors to start.
Exceptionally paced and balanced dining experience. Actually so good to not rely so heavily on red meat (for our seasonal menu), so good to walk away feeling super full but not super heavy. Thank you!
