The rolls here are super fresh and make the Vietnamese rolls pretty tasty. A very wide menu range with fresh ingredients. The queue was really long and was quite slow moving but the demand reflects the quality of the food. Have had better but not at many places. This ranks highly. Unfortunately they did stuff up the order of my colleagues and made the wrong roll but it was still a good lunch. Also offers drinks, pies and other bakery items.

I've been coming here for over 20 years now and the banh mi is the best and the service is still excellent. I will always come here practically every time I come to Hurstville. I'm a big fan of their chicken rolls and lately their pork crackling rolls.

Thr Char Sui Roll is absolutely sensational. Can have a waiting line depending when you visit but definitely worth it. The salads are fresh especially the carrot which brings it all together. The bread is has a nice external crunch. I high recommended to anyone in the St George area, it is a must try!

Consistently high quality, taste, value and service. Great bang mi and extensive range... I have only tried the pork roll and pork and chicken roll because I do not want to miss out but need to start trying others ☺️... also the pies are pretty good too. Other than that love the chicken crunchies!!!

Awesome bakery at Hurstville! Tasty Crackling pork rolls are delicious, generous serving with heaps of filling and crunchy rolls. Also the koulouria there are a must have too 👍

Exceptionally busy bakery that has been rated by many as the best Banh Mi around. I lined up for 10mins on a rainy weekday morning and was surprised how many people were buying Banh Mi well before lunch. They have rolls and drinks but not much else but it doesn't matter if you just want things like pork rolls.

Generous fillings, bread is fresh though only slightly crunchy. Chicken roll is ok but pate is not included as a standard ingredient unless you ask. Can barely taste the chilli. My chicken roll was packed with chicken and carrot, but not much of anything else. However the service is friendly and there are lots of options on the menu. You can even get dim sum rolls! Or if you can’t decide between pork and chicken, you can even get both in the one roll.

Best quality and prices in town
The bread rolls with filling are huge and delicious
Be prepared to queue up for a little while in the busy period but the wait is worth it

A variation on the theme. Roast Duck! At $8 it is a little more expensive but nice for a change.
Overall the roll is crispy. The carrots are well picked and onion lettuce and coriander are fesh. The duck is cut into small pieces and cooked with a salty sweet marinade.
