Review Mcdonald's - Hurstville

The worst serves ever They cooked my food and left it on the bench and all they had to do was get water and the order would have been completed. But they rather make iced coffees. My food was cold and if I had the time I would have taken it back. Second chance and last time most useless of the Mecca's empire.

Worst mcdonalds... staff are rude and dirty and the food has to be checked all the time. Management could use some customer service training. Just awful in general.

I would give 0 stars, for the rude girl dishing out the orders, while waiting, the Asian girl was yelling, looked angry no smile on her face, she looked stressed, didn't care yelling out numbers at the top of her lungs, very rude her manners, waited 15minutes just for a happy meal on my half hour lunch break, please I would not recommend , this place you'll be served like a dog, disgusting I will never go here again. Very very bad service and I've been in retail for over 30 years , another lady noticed the way she was working, the customers face said it all. Terrible would not recommend to anyone..

Was delivering food, the server/manager ignored me throughout the order. The woman with short dark blonde hair with a bun/ponytail, chunky fit, really needs an improvement in service management with customer. Even though I was just picking up delivery, that is no way to treat “customer delivery driver”. Worst server/manager I ever met in McDonald’s. After reading other reviews, it got to me. Not just my case. They should really do something about it.

Its NOT fast food if you have to wait 20mins for an order.

I would of liked to give negative stars but one was the lowest I could go. On a number of visits the wait time for my food order has been more than 35mins. They seriously need to get more staff or people that actually know what they are doing. The amount of people waiting was astronomical resulting in a lack of social distancing.

Staff definitely needs to be trained better. They all look so stressed out. Longest wait of my life. Chips were fried in motor oil i think.

Awful food,Cold chips and too Crowded, Coffee not good,no air Conditioning,too noisy no seats, service not good.

Westfield Hurstville is an absolute joke!!!! You just upgraded the centre yet there are still only 2 lifts to service the whole Westfields. How is someone supposed to do their shopping without waiting half an hour for a lift! And what is the point of your parents with pram parking spots?! They are just as small as all the other spots. How is a parent supposed to get a child out of the car when the spot is barely big enough to open your door!

Every time I come here, it takes me between 15-35 minutes to find a car park. I don’t understand how that’s reasonable in any way. So I never come here now unless I absolutely have to. I miss QLD Westfields where I could always find parking within 5 minutes. Nowhere enough seating in the food court, either.

Yesterday my store front window randomly smashed. With glass shards going absolutely everywhere in my store and out into the center. Luckily centre management was walking past at this time. And stopped everything to assist me. They all carry walkie talkies they jumped straight on them to get cleaners down to help clean my entire store up and out in the centre directed people away from the area untill everything was tidy. The cleaners swept, vacuumed and mopped my entire store to try and remove all the glass. They also set up Barricades around the broken glass window. Kept coming past to check on how we were going and did we need anything. Then we had another piece drop off and smash again. This is when we shut up shop and had to stop trade for the rest of the day. When our glazier finally arrived the cleaners where on stand by ready to clean everything up for me again. Just so thankful that everyone was so helpful. Thankyou to Craig from Centre Management for all your help yesterday and for my coffee to help me calm down. And thankyou to all the security who assisted in making sure everyone was safe. And thankyou to the cleaners who did a great job on quickly cleaning up all that glass. I have worked in a lot of shopping centres and so far this would have to be the best experience I have ever had with centre management.

So even after all the negative feedback you increase staff parking fees, and then you decide to open staff parking to the general public so we have nowhere to park? What the hell is wrong with you. Can't wait to get out of this hellhole.

Westfield Hurstville has evolved to be a top class shopping centre experience, closely contending with larger Westfield franchises in the south of Sydney. immensely enjoy shopping there and have done for over 20 years

The place is way too squeezing. I don't like the atmosphere there. Only one good thing is the roof top dining, very nice up there.

The hairdressers downstairs a few shops down from Starbucks is shit. The tall man cutting hair ruined it and now I have to wear it up for who knows how long. Do not risk your hair.

Worst experience of my life. Been working in the centre for 3 years now and I've never gone through anything remotely close to this. As a worker at the cinemas, our trading hours are different from everyone else in the centre and I'm usually the last person the leave the centre at the end of the night so I feel unsafe parking at the staff car park where it is not well lit and has no cameras. I usually park on the level below where it's well lit and I feel much safer but yesterday, I was caught at the boom gate with security telling me I have to pay $30 for parking because I didn't park in staff parking. They then told me there was nothing they can do for me unless I can pay and hung up on me. Today I called concierge to fix the issue but I was denied a refund and spoken to very rudely by the male car park staff member. Due to the Christmas trading hours, I was also forced to park in the level below staff parking and had to get my parking validated at the concierge only to find that when I come back, my car had been damaged (attached photo in comments). Nothing is being done by security and we are paying so much money as staff parking daily just to go to work and come back to see that our property is damaged and that we can't park in our centre safe? If I'm paying for parking, i at least expect a safe car park without coming back to my car being damaged, security should attend to this issue. Don't recommend driving to Hurstville unless you want a similar experience.

Why would you put restaurants on the roof without covering the roof properly? Have you not heard of rain? I don't like having to dodge the water when trying to decide where to eat. Can't even eat in some of the places. Good job guys!

Car park is atrocious. Been sitting in traffic for half and hour, literally have not moved. This has not been the first time this has happened either. This just simply isn’t acceptable for a shopping centre this big.

The newest addition of a parking warden has ensured I wont be shopping there again until after new years when things settle down. I couldn't stop for long enough to get a carpark so went elsewhere. Not only was there better parking but the chemist at Mortdale Plaza offered to price match chemist warehouse so it was a win win.

Seriously should have another elevator installed. Dumb idea to have removed the elevator that used to be in Myer!!

Horrible shopping centre, parents with prams parking needs to be policed and much wider. Your lifts are a joke. What did you renovate?

I like the newly renovated Westfield, more classy especially the restaurants on the top part of the building. But the only thing I hated the most are the lifts, just the lifts, it take ages for the lifts to open or go up and down. If you have a trolley with you it will take the rest of your life waiting for the lifts. � Other than that, it is cool.

Westfield Hurstville you seriously need to sort the traffic out on Saturdays. This is now the 3rd Saturday in a row where it’s taken almost an hour each time to get out of your ridiculous car park situation!!! It’s a absolute joke...

I've been to this shopping centre twice within 1 week and witnessed on two separate occasions Asian mothers allowing their children to urinate on the ground within the shopping centre. Honestly the most disgusting thing I've ever witnessed and completely unacceptable in Australia. Perhaps you should start putting up signs, in Asian languages, informing these people that this is not acceptable and it is only done in the toilets provided. Honestly, I don't think I'll be going back to Hurstville Westfield, which is disappointing given that I've lived in the area for 25 years. #disgusted

I would like to thank Tevita the security guard who went out of his way from Westfield Hurstville who organise and replaced my missing Xmas gift card vouchers through Westfield Miranda management .

Hair Valley on level 3 is amazing, the staff are friendly but also really know a wide variety fo techniques from what i see them working on whilst I'm getting my hair done. the center is out of my way but i keep going back because of this salon.

Stopped in for one of my favourite Maccas breakfast items, “Mighty McMuffin” loaded with bacon, sausage patty, cheese and egg (hash brown optional) what else would you want in a quick and convenient breakfast. Wow, McDonald's seem to be everywhere in Sydney! And so many outlets too!<br/><br/>Unfortunately, they don't have vegetarian options, so as usual I had to settle for an Apple Pie and Oreo McFlurry. Both items were decent, but a bit overpriced. The service was fine, though.
