I made an online order for this coffee with one sugar packet. After I picked up the coffee and left Mecca for a while, I started to drink coffee. But it tastes like a coffee with no sugar 😂 The saff member must have forgotten adding sugar packet.

I went there at 9.50am. The lady who is making coffee is very slow. Before me there is only one customer who wants 2 coffee and the lady who is making coffee take move than 7 min to make coffee. Waited for literally half an hour for two soft-serve cones. After some prompting, the cones were made. However, the staff appeared to just put them on the counter without telling us the cones were ours. When we eventually received them, they were half melted. Need better processes.

Whenever I order a singular frozen drink, staff always prioritises it. Good stuff chiefs

This is what they call sausage mcmuffin, dry thin layer of meat, can't see any trace of salted butter. Is this their standard or it became this sorry state because i made a McD monopoly redemption? Sad...

Typical McDonald’s experience. Staff are high school students who they don’t have to pay minimum wage to. The typical learn and churn business model. Had the McRibs burger which isn’t bad.

I ordered large fries, but i’ve received large box and small portions of chips.
