Some of the employees are friendly but a lot of the workers are rude and disrespectful to their customers. Ordered xmas in July feast, they said 3 dipping sauces under the box, i trust them, but cant mind any, not even 1. 15 piece of original recipe, 8 of them 4 small wing and no legs even i asked. What a "nice" store.
This is the worst kfc store in aus. DO NOT COME IN WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY. It's took me almost an hour to order. The girl at the counter was dreaming, a few people who line in front of me (even myself) been ordered wrong, it's better to check your receipt and foods before you go.
Zinger burger meat is just awful, not at all edible, old, tough and likely out of date. Second week in a row it went straight in the bin.

Everyone was waiting at least 1 HOUR TO GET THE FOOD!!! I was waiting my order at least 40 minutes and the answer that they gave me it was the don't have chicken!!! It is always like this!!! The staff was playing and walk around!!! They need to understand someone's pay
Me, Joseph and 2 of our friends went to KFC Hurstville (not the one in the shopping centre!). It was a late night and we were all craving some juicy chicken based meals. We bought many nice food including a great zinger box and some other stuff like a chocolate mousse. This food item cost a hefty $2
I would suggest to go to another KFC every time I've eaten anything from there its been super gross, they made me wait 10 mins one night in drive thru and the food was still stone cold and horrible.. I never write bad reviews or even reviews, but this KFC is definitely that bad
