I ORDERED A HOT CHOCOLATE AND IT CAME OUT WITH THIS SNAIL!?? THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE HOW DID THEY KNOW TO MAKE THE SNAIL??? I LOVED IT SO MUCH I SHOWED ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. I NEARLY CRIED WHEN I SAW THE SNAIL I LOVED IT SO MUCH. I also enjoyed the orange and almond cake.

First impression was very casual to the point of looking disordered and slightly unclean - glass barriers around cafe very dirty - however staff person did take cup from previous person off table.
