The coffee here is consistently good, probably the best coffee in this Centre. We visit for coffee after lunching in the nearby Food Court. Staff are experienced and friendly, serving our Cappuccino within minutes. Hot, intense and full flavoured, this is a great coffee. Thank you Guys!

Nice coffee, however it was expensive. I was a little shocked to pay $5.80 for a regular sized coffee on almond milk. Plenty of space, highchairs for kids and friendly staff.

Went there for the first time the other day. Best #glutenfree bagel, hands down. So rare to find a #coeliac friendly place that does great coffee too. My new favourite reason to head to Indro.

We visited this cafe following the advice of a friend. Very good view over Keating Park. Coffee was good but not as good as expected.
I personally like passiontree velvet downstairs more both coffee and view wise. Also chairs next to the window are so comfy in PV.

This is my favourite coffee shop in Indooroopilly. The coffee is sooth and strong without being bitter. It is located out of the way of most of the centre's foot traffic, so is ideal for a quiet coffee and snack. The food won't fill you up but it is delicious. Great for morning and afternoon tea, rather than lunch. What stands out to me mostly however is the brilliant customer service. The manager goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Although he is fast and efficient with orders, he takes the time to make you feel right at home. The other staff are always polite and friendly. Compared to other coffee shops across Brisbane, I think the price range here is very normal.

Bagels are really really good although they are a little pricey, they’re worth it. The coffee is lovely and smooth and by far the best in the centre. I would definitely reccomend coming here for the good coffee and cakes - as well as friendly service

I ordered a flat white, which was really good. The place may be a bit hard to find, as it is hidden in a corner at level 3 of the shopping mall. Service staff were friendly, and my order was delivered promptly.

I do am not exaggerating when I say great coffee!! I mean really great espresso! The chocolate brownie was seriously rich and well worth every calorie :) I'm looking forward to trying all of the other gluten free treats that go far beyond the usual allergy friendly "orange and almond cake" .

This place offers the best made coffee in Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Not much on offer for food which lets you know where they are putting all their energy. Highly recommended!!

This is the ONLY place to get a great coffee in Indooroopilly Shopping Centre!
The staff are always friendly with prompt service. If you are a regular they even remember your name and your coffee order, which makes makes my day. The cakes, slices and bagels are gluten free and oh so yummy!
Never had a bad experience!

This small cafe sits in a corner of the Indooroopilly shopping centre, with nice views over the surrounding parkland. I ordered an iced chocolate and a few bagels. The iced chocolate was quite disappointing... It was room-temperature water mixed with chocolate, with a few ice cubes added. Not really worthy of being called iced chocolate. However, both bagels were fantastic. As others have mentioned, you would hardly believe it's gluten free. The filling was generous and very tasty, and the bagel itself was appropriately crispy after being toasted. The price is a little steep, despite the quality of the food.

Easily the best place for a coffee in Indooroopilly shopping centre. Their bagels are great too, maybe a tad overpriced but I'm a uni student so it's my job to be stingy. They have a good spot in the centre too, right near the big floor to ceiling windows that look out to the east, so on a clear day there's a good view. The staff are really laid back and chilled, but they definitely know how to make a good coffee.

Amazing coffee and service every time! It is a fair bit of a wait usually as it is quite busy but it is definitely worth the wait. They have some of the best cold drip coffees and they constantly change the beans they use so there is a large variety to try.

By scientific definition, coffee is a drug.  And I'm addicted to this brew.
Their coffee is amazing, rich in flavour and aroma.
Perfect texture and weight...

I'm by no means an 'expert' in coffee, but I gifted my sister in law (who is a an avid coffee connoisseur) one take home bag of coffee, and after one serving, she's now a Foundry Artisan Coffee addict as well.

Besides the coffee, the staff are friendly, efficient and always cheerful.

If you love coffee, you've got to try this place and there's a high chance you'll keep coming back.  If you're a casual drinker, you might feel the price to be a little over the top; but they do have a loyalty program which can be very very generous! ; )

Always consistent. Coffee and service is always good, I always get the single origin. Hot chocolate is very good if you don't like coffee.

Try the cold drip on a hot day.

A great experience :-). I am a regular to Indro and when I first saw this place i wanted to go. I only went today and it was an awesome coffee and a great and helpful experience. The people that work there really know their coffee and it is great to get informed guidance about the awesome beans on offer. They have little drawings here and there which is cool,it has this real funky lil modern feel. It sells some cool looking things to munch on and gluten free, one day I will have to try one. The doppio I had was sooo nice and sweet and had a velvety feel with a crisp finish and honey accents.,it was a single origin from India and it was sooo well made. I am going back there really soon cause the coffee and service was great and is the best place so far to have a lil coffee at and it is kinda hidden too in the new part of Indro which is cool.

Lovely staff/baristas- such wonderful service- and excellent coffee. And the gluten-free brownies are delicious! One of the best spots for coffee not only in Indooroopilly but in the western suburbs.

Foundry - Indooropilly, Brisbane. Now, then. This. Is. Coffee. For many years, it was next to impossible to find a good coffee around Indooroopilly Shopping Center. Much less, one made with the care and dedication that Foundry offers via each cup. After a big facelift, so many new places and areas have popped up within the shopping center's expansion with a simultaneous focus on better quality with health and produce. It was gradual, and another spot in the same center for a while was an oasis for quality blend up until now - there is competition.

Foundry is off to the side a bit, and is well worth searching for. Some places have not that much lost from having it to go; this needs to be drunk there for a treat of ambiance and atmosphere. It is resting aside a balcony with views down to the couches on the level below, plus a wide window showing the park across the road. With a surprising amount of altitude gained, beforehand it was easy to not acknowledge beforehand the views that could be possible. To top it all off, there is a chandelier on the ceiling above.

Seating might be a bit odd and idiosyncratic. Perhaps the aim is to replicate the tables where most of the roasters usually are, often being industrial and sometimes located in a warehouse. These include a padded booth with the incremental mini-round tables aligned accordingly plus a long table with cushion seats behind it. At the same time it is ecclectic, yet it seems to well organised that it easy on the eye. It is also really comfortable.

There are many types of blends to pick from, plus all kinds of methods including cold drip. That is often a great tell that the place is dedicated to coffee, showing clients just how much is on offer. All of these blends are sourced from Dramanti, which is talking serious business in regards to coffee. It has such an attention to detail for those interested, plus it goes down to the service as well. Names of orders are taken, giving it a more human touch and the waitstaff are simply lovely people. While for some people, the service might seem a little slow it is only because of how busy they are, and with such quality of service, sweets and coffee there is no doubt as to why people are coming here.

Having had heard about it beforehand, I knew as a fan of really strong coffee that I would have to try Chuck's Blend when I got here. Think of this as half Panama half Colombia. This was gotten via the usual drink, a double cappuccino, and there are few words that I can use to describe it. It was that good, that flavoursome and that fantastic. I was blown away. The obvious strength was there, but not in a bitter way and had many undertones similar to cocoa. Being served in the Italian style was a wise choice. Often I am not one to comment on the patterns of the coffee, but the floral patterns they put on top of these was beautiful to look at. Great care is given into each cup of coffee, that the flavours, the aromas, the beans, the aesthetics and everything that makes people love coffee is present and on display.

As for the sweets, these are also given great care as well. The selection is mostly gluten-free. and entirely freshly prepared. To go with my coffee, I got a lemon coconut slice. My first and only gripe, for four dollars it was really small - even by Australian standards. However, it was really delicious and there were stark flavours lemon in the pastry plus the coconut texture came through really well.

If I am ever in this shopping center in the future, there is possibly only one choice for me for where to go. With great design, wonderful eye candy with presentation and deep knowledge showing with the process of getting the star beverage from source to cup, the great taste of the coffee is only the beginning.

Omg where do I start! Being recently diagnosed, it's been super hard for the hubby to be and I to find places where I can eat and feel confident in doing so. Whilst down in Brisbane looking at wedding venues, we just so happened to stumble across this magnificent Cafe on our way out of the shopping centre. I nearly cried of happiness but it was nothing compared to when we bit into the deliciousness of the pastrami bagel. It was mouth-watering, flavoursome and honestly the best bagel I've had ever! That's being gluten free and normal mind you. Moving on to their raspberry and chocolate baked cheesecake, oh my. But leaving the absolute best creations ever, are the macaroons and the lemon coconut slice.. I was left speechless after my first bite. Not only were they made with perfection but the taste of all of them, to die for. I'm looking forward to going to Brisbane again soon, just to dine at this Cafe again

This is definitely the best coffee you can get at Indooroopilly Shopping Center. I love it! They use high quality beans and the staff really knows how to make perfect cups of coffee, plus, they’re lovely. Also, their macadamia brownies are delicious. Make sure to get a loyalty card if you are a frequent buyer at this shopping center.
