Review Donut King - Indooroopilly

Nice donuts as always but the woman was texting on her phone as she was taking my order, didn’t even acknowledge me or anyone.

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. The donuts are great, I get the hot cinnamon or iced donuts. My interaction there with the staff last week was so positive I left with a smile on my face, so that's some great customer service. Thanks!!

The Best Donut Shop You Will Get in Indooroopilly. Super Friendly Staff, I made a mistake with my order, but they happily changed even tough it was my bad. All fresh and clean right in front of Brisbane City Council Desk. Well I recommend this place to my friend. Tasty Donuts

Rather disappointed with the quality of the food and drink. The hotdog was kinda bland and the quake shake was ok I guess. Kinda expensive as well compared to Wendy's which has biggter hot dog and mega shake for a cheaper price. I have no complaints about the customer service but the food & drink just wasn't up to scratch.

I hate giving one star as i am businessman too and i know it hurts. But these two girls working at donut king indooripilly on 3 jan 2019 at 6.10 are absolute joke. If i owned that donut king, they would be fired (without pay for sure) I went for coffee and donut combo. They started pouring coffee and i realised that they were were not doing takeaway but sit in coffee. I told her that i need a take away. What she does is go at back and pured the coffee into the takeaway cup and mixing it as if i am having a homemade flat white. When i told her that thats wrong, that long oval faced one (who wasnt even serving me) jumps up and says "it doesnt ruin the taste, i said it does.. to which she says" you are wrong, it doesnt". I wouldn't have given 1 star even for this because i know bad reviews hurts as i am a small businessman too. But what really got me was their manufactured LIE that i said ill be sitting there. FREAKING HELL, why do they need to lie? Why? My reason for 1 star is because they both lied, especially the long faced one was rude on top of that, saying "i heard it, you said i will be sitting here" for crying out loud, why you need to lie. If the owner is reading this, mate teach them some basics, changing the order is no big deal (especially when it is your own fault), dont argue when customer says it ruins the taste and neverstart giving your opinion on whether it ruins it or not. Lastly, please tell them you dont LIE to customer. Rest, its your business so you choice. Best of luck.

3 girls were working. The girl who served us was still doing her hair, so whilst she put through the order she had her hand holding up her hair in a pony tail. It was actually disgusting because she didn't proceed to wash her hands after... The other two weren't much better, we got to hear how their weekends were in explicit detail, whilst they touched their faces and then the donuts. Probably won't come back knowing that they don't take food hygiene seriously. Who ever the manager/owner is should probably think twice before leaving the store with such incompetent workers in charge...

Made my order, and brought me a chocolate milkshake, when I had asked for a large vanilla malt thickshake. When I took it back, and complained. She took it back and brought me a small vanilla malt milkshake. Fed up, I didn't protest, but I did pay for a large and only got a small.

Love the Hot Donuts here! It is New Year’s Eve and this Donut Cafe is popular. Our order takes longer than usual but it is okay. The Cappuccino is a tad weak but these fat Donuts are hot and delicious. Well worth the wait Guys! 🍩🍩

I have tried the Donut King franchises for coffee on many occasions & find it to be overpriced & usually hit & miss. I had already had my coffee on this day & decided a couple of doughnuts would suffice. Chose the cinamon rings with cinamon sugar. Good value & always fresh & hot with a bit of a crunch from the sugar

It looks like this eatery is one of the few eateries opening before 8:00am in the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Dropped in this morning for a Caffeine re-fill but it was too early and I have no option but just ordered a regular flat white from this store. Due to the fact that I have had my brekkie so there was no room for any donut even a minute one (the only donuts available are selling in a whole take-away cup). Well, coffee was made of the Royal Bean brew, which seems too weak for my palate. May need to order double shots next time.
