Great place for pasta, desserts and coffee.

Cafe numero uno is iconic. Since covid tables are more spread out but service and quality of food is still very good. I choose to visit this place because it's important to keep it open at all costs. You won't be disappointed.

Breakfast was very sub standard. Thick shakes use syrup, not fresh fruit. Blueberry shake was ordinary. No gluten free bread. Serving sizes not great. Scrambled eggs very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend, much better options elsewhere.

I ordered a steak paid almost $30 for it. I'd pay that as tips to the staff. That's how good they were. As for the food ...another story... the mushroom sauce was yellow and awful ... the meat was all fat... the mashed potatoes were obviously microwaved and the veges were bland jus boiled ... horrib

Don't know if the main restaurant is different, but how backwards that the milkshake section only take cash. Do they expect us to go get $4 out of an ATM? Only reason this has 3 stars is because they are good milkshakes, but time to get with the times (pun intended) and start doing eftpos.

Not worth anywhere near what it costs since the pasta and rice are all bought premade or precooked. For a meal costing over $20 you should at least have some fresh cooked food! Risotto was just white rice that had gone hard from being refrigerated that was then mixed with one of the bulk made sauces
