This is the worst McDonald's I've ever tasted. Everything stinks. It tastes a little bitter. The fried stuff was a little mushy. You can ask the manager to go to McDonald's in North Perth to see and study. That McDonald's is 100 times better than you guys! ! !
great customer service! besides the fact that the fries were cold, the burger was cold and it also had pickles in which i had explained im deathly allergic to the customer service was top tier. i think the young man that served me as names benjamin. however i would not recommend this place to anyone
This is a regular dining establishment. Not much to say in the sense of quality or general mood. Its nice, but not exceptional. Someone said hi to me the other day while i was eating. Its these moments of human kindness that keep the human race running. Goodjob McDonald's Innaloo.
Drive through and subsequent drive through area is terrible. Small cramped and wrapped around the store, causes heaps of congestion with Innaloo shopping centre.
Baristas and coffee has been hit and miss, Shop is OK limited seating but not the best store for drive through or to pop in. Limited parki
The service was terrible, waited almost 3 minutes to be served. No one even took the time to say they were busy and would be with me shortly. Staff were obviously overloaded, not a manager to be seen anywhere. Very disappointed. I normally do not write negative comment, yet this was justified today.
Its maccas. Srsly go get something better. Last time I ate this after many years of not eating highly processed garbage it made me so sick. Be smart.
The two Asian staff members literally laughed amongst each other when I tried to explain that the hotcakes I had ordered were ice cold - I’m talking freezer cold, not just lukewarm.
You wait The longest at drive thru @ 4am in the morning! I swear you must have 2 staff members on that are expected to do everything! Get a grip
