Good locals shopping centre with all three major grocery stores (Woolies, Coles, and Aldi). A number of restaurants and take away places so if you are looking for somewhere for a quick meal you'll find something here. There is also a nice walkway at the back that overlooks the Bremer River with a pedestrian bridge linking to the CBD.

I only went to three shops in this complex during my visit. But I think that they covered pretty much all the bases for almost anything you would need in the shopping centre. This place has plenty to offer as long as you don't mind doing some serious walking.

Just popped in to get an ironing board cover. Don't go to Target, they don't stock them but k mart do. Got one that fits my ironing board and at a good price!

Love this shopping center! Had lunch at Rashay’s and it’s the bomb! Large variety on the menu with table service and free drink refills on sodas! The cheesy garlic bread is my favorite entree’! So yummy! Also, my favorite Woolworth’s grocery store!

Great shopping centre. Sometimes it's a good idea to check in with stores windows cleanliness and crevices as some tend to get more than just dusty. :)

The cleaning crew here is absolutely appalling, the floors have random wet spots people can trip over on, my partner damaged her ankles by slipping on a puddle of water without a sign in front of Lowes, they came fast to write down a report, but can't have the decency to check the floors. Apart from this there is a variety of stores to go to, but mostly expensive, including the cinema for a subpar experience, also the entire building is built in a river and is slowly sliding into it. Dangerous during and after flood season, stay safe folks.

It has supermarkets and larger stores but smaller stores are predominantly focused on indugence- beauty, popular culture merchandise, fashion, tatts, piercings, treatments, inlay, cinema, eating out etc. I'd like to see something with educational value eg. Australian Geographic (though I think they closed for good) or Oxfam shop or bulk food store like Mrs Flannerys or a health food store at least. There was a couple gyms but one was like a fish bowl. I don't need to see that. Glad to see an op shop in Lifeline.

I was travelling in a small mobile home, 3.3m height and could find no way to park as even the outside parking had a bar set at the entry at 2.2m which we obviously could not get under. Why have outside parking if you have to be under a certain height ?? Will not be bothering with Ipswich again.

It's a shame to see The Outlet furniture shop shutting on the 7/1. Was in there yesterday and due to high rental. Let's hope not another dress shop. Great to see TS opening there, great staff. Actually was ok there yesterday on Boxing Day.

Sushi Naru is absolutely fantastic. Staff are 10/10 and the food is excellent. If you're into authentic Sushi, they are the people to go to.

I was at riverlink yesterday having lunch and shopping "my only whinge is the filthy state of the toilets "there was no hand washing solution at at and piss all over the floor"im not sure who is in charge of the cleaning but they really need to step up thier game"but otherwise i had a nice lunch time

I came from Brisbane to go to Riverlink and I was impressed with the the centre. It was very clean and got a park straight away. We had no problem walking around, it's very spacious. I will go back there when I come up to Ipswich next time. :)

Disapointed - arrived waited to be given a table as per the sign . Ushered to choose our own from a waitress behind the bar accross the room. Order taken waited 50 minutes for meal . Noticed other customers had recieved there meal before us Got the attention of a waitress to enquire about meal . 10 minutes later she still hadnt returned with news of our meal. Decided to leave went check out . Told our meal would only be 5 minutes . Chose to wait 5 minutes more . Meal still didnt appear . Paid for drinks and left NEVER to bother again .
Cant review food . Plesant setting
Saturday 4th feb 7- 8 pm

So the wine was the only great thing about my meal. I ordered the risotto marinara and I ended up with soup. The mussel shells were hiding inside the liquid rice and I discovered a large broken off piece in my mouth. I should of stopped there. The seafood was far from fresh and prawn tails were still on when fish out of the slop. The staff did hover like they were expecting me to complain and when I did, nothing was said and the waitress was laughing inside as if it was a joke. I didn't finish my meal and they certainly didn't seem to care. I'm really not a fussy eater, but that was horrible and I won't be going back.

Second time failure..... never again!
After a wonderful ANZAC day service 5 of us arrived with trepidation for a lunch. 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The service was OK but once again the food was really, really disappointing.
From the tasteless fettuccine to the Caesar salad with old, soggy lettuce, tasteless dressing, stale bread and no anchovies (as advertised) complete with rock hard, overcooked chichen breast the meals were all very poor.
Each and every one of us thought that our meal had been made from stale, left over ingredients.
We arrived starving....... but left unfinished meals and walked away vowing never to return. Even hungry children that had marched in the ANZAC parade couldn't finish the food.
We paid the bill but will never return.
Don't waste your time or money at Toscani's.
(I have never before left a negative review for a restaurant )

Dined here on a Monday lunchtime, a reasonably quiet time. Prompt friendly service, salads and vegie wrap were deliciously fresh. The calamari and rocket salad was yummo!

The food is very ordinary the service even worse. Will never go back, would not recommend this restaurant. This was the second time that i have been here, the first time was pretty bad but i thought I would give it another go. We were seated and told we will get you cutlery when we can get some cleaned, the place was half empty. The sullen waitress took our order, about 20 mins later 1 meal was delivered minus the cutlery. After about 10 mins a waitress came over to ask what we were waiting for, I advised her that we were still waiting on 2 meals and cutlery. She went off and never came back. Another 5, 10 mins another waitress came to see what we were waiting on and acted quite put out at having to chase our order up. By the time the rest of the food and cutlery was delivered the first meal was cold and tasteless. The burger was all bread and tiny meat patty. The pizza was very under cooked.

I am giving this place 2 stars for location and service but not for the food.
I regularly eat breakfast at another Toscani's (Orion) and the big breakfast there is superb.

Having given this place a try twice now i will not be going there again. Last time the bacon was dry and lukewarm as if it had been sitting in a bain marie on stew for three hours, the eggs greasy and half congealed, the hash browns had not been cooked properly and the mushrooms were soggy and greasy. Also chicked on was two slices of homebrand bread that was not toasted properly
All in all the mean was not so much a big breakfast as a half cooked pile of grease. We used a voucher, if i had paid full price for that i would have been even more irked. Breakfast is the simplest thing you can serve, if your cooks cant do that right, its time for a reassessment of the situation

It is a real shame because the service and location were excellent. If you want to see how it should be done Ipswich go eat at Orion and copy that!

Poor service, too expensive and raw chicken!. I had an ok breakfast at Toscanis so decided to try out the dinner.
We ordered the dinner Churrasco on 11/04 and won't go back. The waitress had foul body odour, we got 4 different meats within the first half hour then nothing for 15 minutes, the chicken they bought out was noticeably raw in the middle so we asked for it to be taken back. It came out 10 minutes later cut into smaller pieces and overcooked, very dry. Then after that they offered us ribs however this was more than 1 hour after being seated and I was done. Too expensive, poor service and won't go back. They didn't offer a discount, free drink or anything for the raw chicken incident. When asked if we enjoyed the meal and I replied no they didn't give a toss.

Lovely food great service.. Had dinner for five at Toscanis at Riverlink on Saturday night. We had heard a lot of negative comments but the night was a great experience.
Good food great service and more than we could eat. Sat 21 Feb 2015.

Very bland, basic food. I went for dinner last night and found the menu very limited. I ended up ordering spaghetti bolognaise and a mocktail. The mocktail was delicious and had lovely fresh passionfruit. However the spaghetti was worse than what I can make at home, and I'm not a very good cook. Although the mince was good quality (no grissle) there were no herbs or anything to add flavour except for some parsley and parmesan on top. I've never had such a bland bolognaise! The staff were lovely, attentive and friendly, but I definitely won't be going back.

Looks good... Tastes crap. Went for lunch for two on a weekday. Staff we're friendly and wonderful. I ordered the 'Italian Soda' which was a soft drink in a bottle... no italian soda I've ever ordered has come in a bottle, its always freahly made. Both of us ordered a steak sandwhich.. smallest peice of steak. And the prosciutto was cut way to thick and thats all we could taste. Relish was delicious but thats it.... possibly return to try another meal but very disappointed

Won't Go there again. Went to toscani's Ipswich on valentines evening. Booked a table ahead. Were seated promptly and that was it. The wait staff served the tables either side of us even though they came after us. We had to hail the staff to serve us and even then the meals didn't come until at least an hour later. We asked for some water and that was promptly forgotten about. All up a bad experience. The staff seemed to have no direction. Won't go again.

First I want to applaud the owners for opening a restaurant in Ipswich that provides an interesting menu and pleasant surroundings that doesn't close before 8 pm. However the lack of investment in staff and management results in service that is appalling. It is clear there is no one in the front of house who understands why people go out to eat. During our meal this evening we endured staff talking across our table about their breaks or lack of them, mains arriving before starters had finished (and that being our problem), not being asked about desserts or coffees, lack of knowledge or interest in the menu etc. etc.
The staff need training or proper leadership or you may as well close up now.

Great food, terrible atmosphere and service. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a restaurant before, the host serving us, appeared overwhelmed and an older lady behind the bar , snapping at him at any given opportunity.
The main host when we first walked in appeared to still be learning and trying his best, but one person to seat people, serve people coming and going and also deliver ready meals, why you have at least four people that appeared to be cooks and countless others at the back , poorly managed restaurant, when service is low pull a back house employee to help out front. 3 people serving and mixing drinks and seating customers when I saw at least 8 out back, is pathetic.
About half way through our experience , I could clearly see a customer talking to the older lady about the struggling young Host, and it appeared they were mocking him, the absolute last time I'll ever go here regardless of the food. Only once a young teen male server appeared did I see the first friendly smile of the night and he generally appeared to be helpful to everyone regardless of the lack of smiles and respect the rest if the team had for each other, as someone who has had experience in hospitality , regardless of how your night is going, you continue to do your job with a smile on your face and help each other out as that's your team. I've never been so appalled by a team before!!! And feel terrible for the one young host and server attempting to do as much as he could even though he was clearly being treated like crap.
I would also recommend saloon doors into the kitchen to hide away any mess, if I was a mystery shopper this would be an absolute no no. Smiles forced or not need to be introduced also.
Have some pride and care in a new upcoming restaurant in Ipswich , if the team and cooks don't then general public certainly will not!

Been there a few times.... Much better than coffee club!. Am surprised at reviews as we have been there three times and meals were excellent. I am a vegetarian and the menu has loads of options. I had the bruschetta and avocado and it was huge, I had also a vegetarian pizza and they make it fresh as I asked for no olives and wasn't a problem... I will be back

Not enjoyable. I decided to take my wife and daughter out for breakfast this morning. Unfortunately, we decided to go to Toscani's.

On arrival, we were seated by a pleasant young lass, who was never sighted again. Drinks were ordered, and 5 mins later a room temperature milkshake was delivered.

25 minutes later, after several unsuccessful attempts and having wait staff come and take our order, I cracked and we left.

Staff seemed very unorganised and poorly trained. Would not recommend.

Incompetence. My partner and I have been to the Toscani’s in Southbank and really enjoyed the food and service, so we decided to try one a bit closer to where we live.

Upon arrival we were greeted with, ‘Go and sit down and I’ll bring you a couple of menus’, which we didn’t mind because we wanted to sit outside by the river. As we sat down the waitress gave us our menus. There were weatherproof curtains pulled down next to our table and my partner asked if they were able to be pulled up so we could see the river. Her response was “Why? What happens if it rains and I have to run out here to pull them up” I replied with “Don’t worry, we can just leave them down.” As my partner sat down, she picked up his knife and fork and said “I guess you want me to bring you these as well”

As we were looking at the menu, we ordered Iced Coffees as she refused to acknowledge the existence of Frappes. In response to “You want some Garlic Bread or something too” We ordered a Margarita Pizza. I then asked what kind of olives they have for the pizza, to which she responded “Black or Green, what other kinds are there” in a patronising manner. To avoid starting another Iced Coffee/Frappe dilemma, we then agreed to Black Olives. She then left and returned to us 5 minutes later with our Iced Coffees and asked “This is what you wanted aye” We thanked her for the Iced coffees and she said “You want to order your tea now or what” We politely declined as we were still waiting on our entrée and not pleased with the service.

To be fair the Margarita Pizza and the Iced Coffees were good, but we were just in awe at the poor quality of service and the unprofessional waitress and her horrible attitude towards us. We weren’t expecting much from Toscani’s but we were still very disappointed. This was not a busy time of the day and there were only 2 other customers at the time. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

Very disappointed!. No soda water?????!!!!! WTF? Waitress had some language issues. Entree was forgotten but on reminder came after mains and was burnt. Luckily we had a young waiter who was awesome

Absolute waste of money.. Went out to this place expecting a decent meal, ordered the churrasco and what a mistake that was. 38 dollars for 'all you can eat' meat on skewers. The meat sticks were tough and awful. Some were even cold, by the time they get to your table there's nothing left either. And the service was rediculously slow, by the time I got the 'meat' (which I personally wouldn't feed to my dog) I was just over hungry. Total rip off, don't even bother wasting your time at this place. There was nothing that would ever make me want to go back!

A group of 7 of us booked for a Saturday night. It was awful. We had to order and collect our own drinks from the bar, ask for water 4 times. The waitress told us how hungover she was. 5 of us ordered churrasaco - the meat was cold, you serve the meat yourself with your fork (that you eat off). I made the mistake of asking the waiter what sort of meat he was serving (there were several kinds of beef on the menu.) he had no idea as 'the chef didn't tell him.' Finally, to wrap up the experience we witnessed the chef getting changed through the glass windows. Awful. 0 out of 5 cold meat skewers.

Gary. The service was slow , the staff was total disorganized. We ordered entres that never arrived.
We shared a pizza for main, was OK. Was initially billed for entres, we let the staff they were not received,
No one really cared , just took them of the bill. Went home hungry and extremely disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised. With new places, I am always hesitant and will research before going there and generally my choice will be swayed by reviews I read.
Down the page, I read the negatives from previous diners, however my partner had made up their mind that we would, in fact, be dining at Toscani's that night.
Upon arrival, we read the menus at the entry to the store, and were approached by a waitress who greeted us warmly and offered us a table. Once seated, she brought our menus and asked us for our drink orders and left us to decide.
At this point, I was still wary, so ordered something simple off the menu - garlic pizza for the entree, the churrasco for my partner, ands their pork ragu pasta for myself.
Our starter & drinks arrived within 5-10 minutes of ordering, and we were pleased with both (however pizza dough was slightly soggy - like they were dressed & cooked straight from the fridge?) and our mains arrived not long after.
My pork ragu was incredibly tasty, and from my partner's reports, the churrasco was amazing. We ended up spending approx 1hr there (all you can eat BBQ was a hit with the other half) and I relaxed and enjoyed some drinks.
All in all, I was very happy that we did go, and I was definitely surprised at the reality of the service versus the written depiction. I found the staff there attentive yet not over-bearing, which I appreciate when out to dinner (nothing worse than waitstaff having around you like a bad smell on date night) and all our needs as patrons were met.
I can safely say that I'll be back at Toscani's again. Highly enjoyed it!!

Wonderful!. We arrived just as they were obviously closing, however we were still welcomed in and served. The service was great, very accommodating and friendly. We were the only ones there so we did feel a little rushed but not due to the staff at all. Our food was served within 10 minutes and was yum!
Would definitely go back :)

Entice the tastebuds, nourish the soul!. Well, our souls weren't nourished - slow, incompetent, unfriendly service.
Our tastebuds were subjected to bland, cold food that had obviously sat waiting on the counter to be served.
It would take a lot to get me back....

Mediocre Food, Mediocre Service, Mediocre Experiance!. If you want same and lame, then go here. What a waste of time and well earned money, the story begins with the service....... Had dinner here with some friends a couple of nights ago on a Thursday, on first walking in the restaurant to be seated the wait staff seem to be preoccupied doing their own thing instead of looking after and seating potential customers. Finally after a few minutes of just standing there my friend who had a confused look on her face was asked if we had a booking, and yes we did.

We sit down and then the menus are brought over to us, we ask for a bottle of water and three glasses that comes with a reply "sure thing". We order drinks and then decide to still think about what we want for food. On observing the wait staff, there seems to be no communication between them and they all display negative body language i.e rounded shoulders, blank looking stares and dead eyes. This seems like a place in hell rather than a so called "Restaurant". We are then approached by a different "dead eye, no smile" waiter from who we order food. An entrée between us and a main meal each, nothing too hard for them.....

Ten minutes pass after this and still now water, this confuses me since the restaurant is only half full and there is plenty of staff around. I am tempted to go over to the counter myself to grab the bottled water behind the bar and three glasses, am sure this action would be met with surprise by the staff.

Our entrée arrives and it looks like my 6 year old son made it. It looks simple, Mushroom and Mozzarella Arancini. The food is very bland, my taste buds seem to have gone back packing in Europe for all I know of, I can't taste a thing!. Oh and still no water when our mains do arrive! we all ordered pasta for our mains and when it arrives, all three pasta dishes had not enough sauce and the taste was very boring, no "whoa" factor at all. My friends all agree that it tastes like something straight out of a can.

Halfway through our meals we signal a waiter to come over to our table, to ask for water a SECOND time. He makes eye contact with my friend and then turns he's head away from us, as if to say "no service today I am here just for looks". We wait a bit more and signal another waiter to our table, she arrives with a bland look on her face and zero expression. I think she should be playing in a major poker tournament with that "poker face". We ask for a water bottle and three glasses and she walks away and then FINALLY brings the drinks over.

The taste of water compliments the food, since they both taste the same. No hint of flavour and just goes straight down your mouth. On completion of all of our meals my friend nudges me in the ribs and says "lets get out of here, we should have gone to The Coffee Club". The thought evades my mind in a moment and then snaps back again just like a rubber band. The sense of regret feels my mind and I then have the vision of spending my hard earned money on a Mediocre Experience.

On paying the bill, the waiter displays no eye contact and does not smile. Talk about customer service! Even though we just paid the bill to ensure she receives an income.... funny that.

Bad day for toscani's. For a restaurant that is suppose to seat your group and we have to find seats and clear the table, 2 chefs walk out, 4 floor staff that seem to not be able to work very well on the floor, waiting for your food and drinks, this is our 60 minutes into our journey at toscani's so far, suppose to be open till 9, yet its 130 and they are telling customers walking in that they are closing, who ever the manager is on todays shift is wishing he also had a public holiday
