The food is delicious, but this store is criminally understaffed/poorly managed. I can’t recall a single time I’ve visited and haven’t had to sit and wait at least 15 minutes for my food while in Drive-Thru. It’s long wait when you’re expecting fast food, which is a shame bc the shakes and waffle fries make my week, but it is consistently slow service and long pile ups waiting in your car. Hopefully some more staff/better time management could solve the issue

After waiting 20 minutes past the time the delivery order we went sent to collect still hadn’t been provided I thought it was time to enquire as to how much long it might be before the customers order would be ready, I was told oh it’s coming! But in the mean time it was ok for the manager and staff to be playing some kind of game in store that required them to run back and forth to the freezer/cold room at the back of the store then up to the front counter, while delivery drivers and customers were kept waiting, not a good look if you want yo keep your customers happy!

I have never tasted anything so revolting in my life. I was very disappointed since the last time I ordered here was perfect and now Carl's Jr hit rock bottom. Yesterday I ordered A tradies meal deal and I tried the chips and it was ice cold and tasted horrible, it was inedible and it also had a funky smell to it. The Famous Star Burger also had a funky smell to it and first bite, it tasted horrible and was ice cold. The bun was crunchy, it was like old, the lettuce looked old and hardly any onion or tomato on it. Because of that I ended up throwing out the Double Cheeseburger as that one had a funky smell to it. This meal made me want to throw up. I am trying to get a refund from Uber Eats but no reply. The only good thing at the moment is the Oreo Thickshake but even then still deserves 1 star.

Really love the food. We always place a large order and unfortunately several times there's been something missing. We will still go there but as it's happened more than once I'll be checking that everything is there first before leaving

Missed a burger from the order, then rang up the wrong burger, then gave a cheeper burger than I paid for. Missed the sauce. I suppose if they were busy I'd understand but there were more staff than customers in store. Not a great first impression. Food was ok.

Honestly so disappointed, my partner and I ordered Uber eats under the usual pretence that we will get all of our order. One whole meal was missing meaning my partner and I had to share one meal then cook. Which obviously beats the purpose of ordering out. We are frequent customers and have never been this disappointed before.

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks our orders have been wrong. Both times I ordered a low carb option for the burger, as my wife is a coeliac and can't have the bun. Both times we received burgers with buns. So my wife didn't get to eat that meal. Very disappointed.

Editing over last review from 3 months ago cause i cant leave multiple reviews and I didn't learn my lesson. Cold food. 2x Missing burgers, cookie from kids meal missing as well as the drink so i paid 9.95 for 3 nuggets! Called store 7 times between 8:30pm and 9pm but rang out each time. Delivered via menu log.
