Review Great Wall Of Yum Cha - Ipswich

Apart from service being a little awkward, our experience at Yum Cha was fantastic! My partner and I both got curries and coconut rice at lunch time and left feeling so satisfied. Probably the best Chinese meal I've had! The atmosphere of the place is absolutely lovely with traditional Asian music playing throughout the dining experience as well as dim lit laterns. Thank you.

Service was stellar, food was decent. My yum Cha selections were awesome, my partner's chow mein not so much. Drinks were a standout too. Definitely recommend giving them a go if you're after quick tasty food and service with a smile.

Had friendly service with a smile. Good serving portions for meals and drinks. The prices were excellent, they had a huge variety of meals and drinks and not at all expensive. and the food was absolutely delicious. Will be recommending this place to others as a nice night out.

They have just gone buffet style. No more sushi/yum Cha train. Food is tasty. $20 a head + drinks. It's a real mix of different types of food. There are booths and Bar style seating. Not a bad spot but not the first place I would recommend.

Don't understand bad reviews,our crew of 8 people all agreed the food was above average and everything you expect from a Chinese restaurant and with alcohol available as well , the prices and dish sizes were good value. From $12 - $15 per dish . The food was delivered quickly, and the staff were friendly . We will be back .

I want to give no star but google map so nice lowest score is one star. We waited for a glasses of water for 15 minutes and waited for 30 minutes then lady come saying they ran out of chicken. Ran out of chicken in chinese restaurant? Doesnt make sense..we cancelled two dishes and ordered two more dishes. Meant to be spicy and salty but foods were too sweet? We left very diappointed, headed to baskin robins where they fed us with large ice cream. I would never recommend this place for dinner!

Had a great evening there with a group of friends. Staff were fantastic. Food was really tasty and there was so much variety on the menu. We'll definitely be back.

Visited with family, six in total, four adults and two children. The food was hot and tasty, the service was excellent and the price was good value. Would I visit again, most definitely.

OMG, this place was horrible to eat at. I was there on opening week and expected to get them at their best. The food was certainly not fresh and the waiter was rude and sounded like he was embarrassed to be there(and then so were we).

Slow service, very average range, poor quality, probably the worst yum cha and sushi we have had in years.. we wouldn't recomend it and won't be back.<br/>Update March 18<br/>Thankfully this restaurant has ceased operations.

Food was not very fresh and most things on sushi train were cold/stale.<br/><br/>Prices were ok but we ended up leaving after only a couple of plates as not much of the food looked enticing.<br/><br/>Good customer service though. <br/><br/>Wouldn't go back.
