Review Subway - Ivanhoe

Good service, a few seats inside and outside, small subway, parking available around the corner

This place is shocking. The second last time I went I had a run in with a staff member that told me to put a mask on. which was fine I went and put a mask on and then came back. The girl started making my sub and then I asked her nicely to cover her nose (with her mask) while she made my sub. which I think was reasonable request. After this she seemed quite irritated by what I said and made by far the worst sub ever. asked for jalapenos, she then proceeded to put around 40 of them across the entirety of my sub. CHEERS This led me to giving them one last chance as I went in last night after i had training and walked into the store at 8:45pm understanding that they close at 9pm. I walked through the door while a girl and guy were still serving a man. she then told me that they were closed. I asked her what time they closed and she hit me back with. 8:50. by now i looked down at my phone and noticed it was 8:47. I said to her "don't you close at 9pm" and she said. no we are closing now. I said that sounds great and then walked out. What a joke of a franchise. Disappointing and I wont be coming back

I visited this subway on a Friday night and ordered a wrap. The staff member told me he didn’t know how to wrap the wrap, therefore I asked if he had a manger that could assist. The staff member said the manager sits in the office and does nothing and won’t help therefore I had to tell the staff member to give me the wrap to than wrap it myself.

Favourite subway ever. I've never had an issue and the staff are super friendly. The worst experience I've had is just an average service. Normally they are fantastic. sometimes the wait time can take a little while but that's because it takes time to make a good sandwich. Would definitely recommend. Staff even took care of my credit card when I left it behind. Don't understand all the negative reviews as I have never had a poor experience. Definitely worth a try if you are hungry and in Ivanhoe. Nice cheap healthy quick meal that is super filling.

Poor product that was worse than the photo looks (rubber, fell apart, pulled out of a bag). Staff completely indifferent and inconvenienced by the few customers that were there. This could be the worst Subway in Australia.

Was absolutely disgusting if you get a sub here check before they put the salad on it is half lettuce half uncooked cabbage they later informed me it’s a blend if they had of informed me of what it was I would never have gotten it on my sub I had one bite and through it in the bin

came in here after a day of studying. pleased to be served by Emiliano, a kind staff member and made a good sub.

Seems like the owners change a lot here, can be good can also be bad. Charges a lot more compared to other surrounding subways
