Amazing and clean Lebanese restaurant with top notch service. We had the 'Feast' banquet and was treated to delicious and generous portions of hummus, baba ganoush, Tabouli, fatoush, kibbe, sambousek, falafel, kafta mishwe, shish tawook, laham mishwe, batata bi kizbara and mansaf rice. Our kids also ordered off the kids menu which was great! We will definitely visit again soon!

Great service and beautiful food! We particularly loved the chicken wings and the prawns. Absolutely popping with flavour and so fresh!

Great place and great food but unfortunately the service could be better the drinks take ages to order and receive. But the food definitely makes up for it. I can understand that this restaurant is busy they should have one dedicated drinks person or just put more staff on . The staff here really do try tho and the food is excellent.

Good Lebanese restaurant. A bit pricy but good ambiance and good for a big group or small group.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences we have had by a long way. The staff treated us as family and the food is second to none.. I would give 10 stars if I could.. Fantastic in all ways

This place has a reputation and its well deserved. The food is consistently great and always fresh. I mean my mum is impressed and always wants to go here. Mum grew up in India and she's never impressed with restaurants... especially with places where the mains are sitting in the mid-$30 range. She said it was worth it! I'd only say that the service can be a bit lacking some days when it's busy.

We haven’t been to al aseel for several years but used to be regulars. We returned recently and was so disappointed. Had to wait 10 minutes for a table despite having a booking. Tables were just left dirty whilst other parties waited for a table. They were obviously very short staffed as staff seemed run off their feet. Food took quite a while to come out. The food was delicious but we were shocked at the price increases since we’ve previously been (particularly for mixed plates - they used to be $20!!!). The music was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation and then was deafened when they put the happy birthday music on. Won’t be back again it’s just far too expensive to receive mediocre service and experience.

Hmmmm......... sorry but very disappointed. Actually a little mad. If I were to rate it on my daughters meal alone it would be a 1/5. She had fish and it was raw. (Mind you, it came out late, after all other mains were served as they 'forgot' about it) I only hope she is not sick from 1/2 a cocktail piece that she did consume , (yes they offered to recook the meal, we declined as it battered) The entrees were ok, the mains were average and then we were still charged for the inedible fish meal. Will not recommend to anyone or return.

Possibly THE best food I've eaten (and I've eaten in the Middle East!). Never disappoints. We were very well looked after by the lovely assistant manager, who accommodated our large group and our budget with a tailor made banquet. Highly recommend.

Can I tell you now, that this is the best restaurant in Sydney for Lebanese Cusine! Not only is the food absolutely delicious & cooked to perfection every single time but also the staff are always prompt, courteous & friendly! I strongly recommend Al Aseel Penrith any day of the week!

Staff was courteous and took time to explain the menu as we were not familiar with the cuisine. Surprisingly elaborate vegetarian option and everything we tried was tasty. Just a bit too noisy and little difficult to get staff's attention. But once you get the attention, they are good. Overall good experience and would come back for the food and recommend too

Came here when I was last in Sydney a year ago, and was at the top of my to do again list this year. Food is delicious, and this time I bought friends with me who enjoyed it as much as I did. Open a Perth venue please

Review on PENRITH Restaurant only : Meat was served cold and undercooked. The quality of food in this place has dropped considerably. Very sad to lose what was once a beautiful restaurant. I will never go back

Spent a great night at this restaurant. Food was A1. They were busy but we did not get any service for at least 15 minutes. I went to the bar to be told it is table service, so they then arranged for someone to take our orders. if it was not for that I would have given it a 5 star rating

Love it here, staff are always friendly and professional. Not a long wait on food which is good with kids, food is always delicious, can't get enough. Love the atmosphere, the restaurant is spotless, lovely set up. Definitely what Penrith needed.

We went there to celebrate a birthday. It was our first time there. We had a table of about 12. We were surprised at the food centre. Lot's of variety. As we entered Al Asseel, I was keen to take in the atmosphere as much as I could. I was pleasantly surprised at the decor. It was clean and interesting. The food was typical excellent Lebanese food that had my partner and myself agreeing that we will come again soon. What I was very impressed with was the conduct and skills of the waitresses and waiters. Being anticipated at a restaurant is always a good feeling. I can't say much about the belly dancer. My partner is looking over my shoulder.
