Dinner 24/01/22 Food and staff were absolutely flawless! The staff were so helpful friendly and bright/happy, really made for an enjoyable experience. The food was perfect the salt & pepper mushrooms or squid were the best but it was all so tasty! Will definitely be back here again

Honest review. I wouldn't call Goji modern asian cuisine, its more of asian inspired dishes with less spice, flavour and strange combinations... Firstly they charge $18 for 4 dumplings, which is severely overly priced compared to other 'modern asian' restaurants. I honestly would never pay that much for a dumpling. The dishes we ordered were okay, but they definitely held back on the flavour which was disappointing. Salt a pepper squid was nice. The seafood XO noodles were cooked well, but not hitting the mark on the spiciness of the Xo flavour. The steamed fish ( forgot to take a photo) was overly salted with soy sauce and the fish wasn't as tender as it should've been. Twice cooked greeb beans had a good texture, but again the flavour wasnt there. The special fried rice was very 'clean' to put it nicely. To be frank. It's not a great representation of what modern asian cuisine is - and I might be harsh being asian myself. But I feel there are so many other places you can go to experience and appreciate contemporary asian food.

Staff was great. Ambience and store set up is amazing. However, the food left more to be desired. If you’re a local to the area and looking for some Asian cuisine for a bite, it is nice but I wouldn’t travel out of my way to visit. The salt and pepper squid was under seasoned, lacking salt and flavour in general. I found myself dipping each bite with the chilli sauce. The Alaskan crab and seafood dumplings were nice, and the dumpling wrappers were great. However, the Goji fried rice was also under seasoned, although it had a great combination of seafood, cooked well but just lacking more depth and flavours. The seafood noodles with XO sauce were the highlight

Lunch on 30/3/22 Great coffee and food. Best Asian food in the area. Their fried eggplants is a “must order” dish! Really delicious!

We recently had a function at this restaurant and couldn't have been happier with the service. From the time I booked the venue everything was easy and nothing was a problem. On the night Jesse and the team were fantastic thank you for making it such a wonderful experience. Food was fantastic and the was very little wait time considering the size of the group. highly recommended

Last night, my sister and I came in for some cocktails, and I can confidently say that they did not disappoint. Jenny was our waitress, and she was an absolute sweetheart. We ordered our drinks and asked if she could add two more of her choosing... I mean who doesn't like a surprise? Let's just say she knew what she was doing; the drinks were absolutely delicious, and the bartenders were kind enough to create an off-menu cocktail for us. The service was quick and friendly 10/10, definitely planning another visit soon. If you like strawberries next time you visit Goji, order a "Jenny"; it's not the official name, and it's not yet on the menu, but we named it after her. You'll thank me later.

By far one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to! Every dish came out fresh and hot. The mango pancake for dessert was 👌👌👌 The only suggestion I have is to please give more cutlery and include some chopsticks on the tables for serving and eating. The menus are a bit hard to use and are really stiff - but this is me nit picking! I also found a tiny baby grub in the Chinese broccoli but the food was so incredibly cooked and flavours 💯 this still deserves a strong 4 star! Service was efficient and polite! Can’t ask for much more? Meals served: We had dumplings (pork, prawn, Xiao long bao), salt and pepper squid, Chinese broccoli, beans (our table’s favourite), chicken karaage, bbq pork buns, Goji fried rice, pork belly, lychee mocktail, and mango pancakes with coffee.

Absolutely amazing food. There was some hits and some misses but that's just part of dining! The staff are exceptional and were just the right amount of attentive. They didn't mind that my daughter made a little bit of mess and even when I offered to clean up they refused. 10/10 will definitely be back to order the other half of the menu!
