Review Tony's Takeaway - Jimboomba

One of the better fish / chicken shops around. Courteous, consistent service and product. It's just a shame Jimboomba's palate doesn't run to good quality seafood. They could do so much more for their customers if only their customers knew how good fresh seafood can be when it's prepared by people with a long background in the industry.

Dry hard cheap, fish was okay but the batter was soggy and yuk. Overpriced with no complimentary lemon or sauces. I wouldn't feed it to animals let alone humans. Definitely won't be going again and I wouldn't recommend it either.

Went in on a friday night before the dinner rush. There seemed to only be a few orders in front of mine but I still waited around half an hour for two burgers and chips. When I asked about my order they just said "its coming." I wouldn't have minded the wait had they just let me know or apologised. Once I got home I found that my order was wrong (I got a cheeseburger instead of a chicken burger) and cold even though it's only a five minute drive home. My family used to love Tony's Takeaway but it seems to have gone downhill since the new owners took over. Sad to say we won't be back.

Not to good. Calamari under cooked. And I paid $30 for a family pack and got no lemon or sauces had to pay extra. Wish Jimboomba had good fish and chips

Absolutely the worst fish and chip store in Brisbane . Dry and nearly off seafood . Worst mistake , got sick from eating it . And to top it off , when has there been a fish and chip shop that doesn't have lemon complimentary ? Overpriced rubbish that will leave you stuck in. The toilet for hours .

Tony's have the BEST fish n chips around! Especially my fave... battered flake!!!!

Friendly staff, great food. Relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone

Close and handy, always very polite and eager to help a customer... food is great and we appreciate such a shop in Jimboomba.
