Quality of the burger and fries was great. Pricing and portion sizing was as per expected. Customer service was good but the young lady appeared a bit stressed. Very nice quick lunch while out and about

Having lunch at Grill'd today. The customer service is always great. Friendly just what you need. The burgers may look small but are VERY filling and chips all good as always.

Huge menu and very reasonable prices :) quick service and you can order from your table or at the counter so you don't even have to leave your seat. Very tasty burgers and chips too - best onion rings I've had in a long time!

Good place for a burger 🍔 always fresh and not too long to wait. Music a bit loud trying to talk over it but that's the vibe I guess hey. Easy access from shopping centre or parking

Hubby and I ordered 2 super power salads and a crispy bacon and cheeseburger for our daughter. Extremely disappointing!!!!! Missing ingredients in the salads is bad enough but both salads and the burger were made with ingredients well past their use by date and the very bitter yellow heart of the lettuce. As well Zucchini chips swimming in oil. So sub standard grill'd.

One star for customer service. I barely leave negative reviews but my lunch was extremely disappointing. Ordered chilli addict burger, it’s cold when I have it, the cheese is not even soft (I guess the patty wasn’t hot enough) way too much sauce and my burger was dripping and soggy. The experience is “disgusting”. Zucchini chips are undercooked and greasy. I’ve ordered the same items so many times at other stores, it shouldn’t taste like that.

Wow, when did we train the personality out of the team working at any store. I was asked the identical questions when ordering a burger to eat in the store as I did ordering another burger immediately afterwards for takeaway, including my name (AGAIN). The food was way below what one would expect, even from a chain store. The service was not great which would have made this review ok but nothing of the visit will bring me back. The Sweet Potato fries were limp and dripping of oil and I witnessed another table order a can of a softdrink to be told that they cannot be handed the can over the counter and to go and sit down as they will bring the can over to their table. I think that there needs to be a reset at Joondalup and the store needs to get its Vibe back. Will not be returning.

Of all the burger joints in Perth, Alfred’s Kitchen is my favourite, but when I don’t want to make the trek to Guildford, Grill’d is probably the best chain around. I like that they offer a low carb superbun, and the patties are always fresh, lean and tasty. My go to option tends to be mustard and pickled, but I spotted a wagyu version on the menu and decided to try the Bonfire BBQ (minus the cheese) – the menu description is:

Simon says, order the simon says burger.<br/><br/>Went on a saturday night but wasnt my first choice for dinner, but most places had already started packing up around 9pm.<br/><br/>Went halfsies with the gf, she got the hot bird and i stuck to my usual. Both burgers were cooked well and were fresh. Hot bird had decent heat, but wont destroy your taste buds.<br/><br/>Pork belly burger looks interesting, might have try that one day.

Another fabulous Grill'd! Stopped in today for lunch after some shopping. Ordered the Schnitzel Burger with Black Crumb, coleslaw, jalepeno's and spicy chipotle mayo. Soooo good. The flavour was beautiful, everything was extremely fresh and I loved the kick of the peppers and sauce. Yum! Grill'd can do no wrong!

This place always seems busy. It's not bad but nothing exciting either. It's just grill'd. Same as every other grill'd out there. Little bit expensive as you can easily make the burgers at home

I just don't understand why people like any of the Grill'd places. The main attraction is the burgers and they are filled with useless ingredients which you have to remove, who really asks for rocket to be in their burger? Maybe it's the thing where you put your little token they give you into the slot that says they are saving the world in some way... maybe I missed something because all I got was a crappy burger and all the sides costs extra. If you want a good burger go to Missy Moo's or Varsity Bar, then donate a couple of dollars to charity so you still save the world!

Nice average food: as good as you can expect from a busy food chain restaurant. Service was average, food took about 15minutes to come out which wasn't too bad, and the place itself wasn't too crowded on the night we went. A nice place for a casual lunch.

Didn't know what we fancied for lunch so hubby and I eventually agreed a burger would do. It was a good decision. Lovely fresh generous burgers, the fries were also really nice. Food was ready quickly and all the staff were polite.

A very busy place on a Thursday - I guess it is school holidays. We were able to find a table easily. Food came out quickly and I don't know if I have been spoilt with some great Perth burgers of late but presentation was meh so so and they looked so small and something you slap together at home. Not wow must come back here. However the chip sampler of sweet potato and zucchini were nice, the hot sauce had some kick. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Tasty burgers as usual from Grill'd. Great service at Joondalup as a staff member walked out and passed us menus as soon as we walked in. The same staff member ensured everything was ok with the food. Always a safe option for last minute decisions or if you have no idea where to go and what to eat.

I know Grill'd is a chain but I really like their concept and delivery of the end product. They have a good menu with plenty of options to choose from. I especially like the addition of health approved burgers and the low-carb super bun. I chose the Nourish and Flourish burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were a little burnt which I found a bit disappointing but they were still edible! Burgers are consistently good and good value. Service was quick and friendly. <br/><br/>Yum!

The food is very consistent, from visit to visit, and with other Grill'ds. It's a little on the pricy side for lunch, but so delicious! It's really nice to have a really good burger that's also g/f.

We'll always love Grill'd, even when they run out of bacon and pickles while we're ordering. They were gracious enough to deduct the cost of the bacon from the order since we wouldn't be receiving it.<br/><br/>What made up for it was the Grill'd Shout – make sure you google it, you can sign up to receive a free alcoholic drink with your burger, six times before January 31st! We enjoyed our baconless burgers with a free Rekordelig each.

Grill'd is one of those places that I can always count on for a good feed. The burgers are delicious and the sweet potato chips. The staff are always friendly and always check to make sure your food is good. Love it

Delicious burgers and friendly staff. We like the Joondalup outlet as you can eat outside and catch some rays while chowing down on a delicious burger. I love the "mustard pickle" - always juicy with a kick. Try it on the low carb bun, it's surprisingly good!!

If you're going on a Saturday evening, be prepared to have to wait for a table, or make some new friends. Luckily the food can be consumed rather quickly, so there is enough turnover that you can get a table in reasonable time. The burgers are good, and even when it's busy they don't take too long to prepare. The price is on par with places like Jus Burgers.

Always yummy, particularly the sweet potato chips. A bit on the pricey side for burgers but this is Perth and most things are pricey. Excellent customer service, guy behind the counter even played with my toddler whilst I paid. Burgers tasted nice and fresh, excellent flavours.

For nice satisfying burgers, always visit this place. Don't hesitate to come here for excellent feed

Always yummy. The burgers here are always yummy and pleasing ! My only slight issue is with the service here sometimes, my friend and I have been here together a few times and have had some shocking staff serve us! Once there was a super rude girl at the til as we ordered, she basically glared at us with every question she asked, she should have just gone home ! I work at another grilld store so I'm entitled to a discount at grilld restaurants but I was literally too Scared to ask for it. Not great guys! My advice to them would be to check on their staff, the food is good but with friendly service the place would be wayyyyy better.

What is wrong with staff working there ? They never get our orders right, this doesn't happen at any other Grilled only Joondalup ????

Not so great service - delicious burger. Tried Grill'd for the first time about 3 weeks ago.<br/>When we arrived one of the male workers was quick to point out they only had one type of bun left and had also run out of the beef - sucks, because that's what I wanted. So I ordered the lamb instead and I wasn't fazed about receiving whateverbun/bread so that was fine. However, the male worker was not really patient when asking him questions and he seemed quite agitated. <br/>My partner and I both ordered meals takeaway but upon returning home they had ofcourse, forgotten to include another chips - we shared the one we did get so that was okay. The burger however, was lovely and fresh and the lamb pattie was juicy and tender.<br/>Will definitely have Grill'd again, maybe at a different location though.. and hopefully they will have beef this time!

I went here for lunch on Thursday. I got the mustard and pickle as a takeaway but it came as a dine in instead, thats ok no biggie, I just asked for a takeaway box. But when I got home and tried the burger it still had sand on the lettuce, not a little bit of sand but a lot. I ended up throwing the burger out because it wasn't salvageable there was sand all over the place.

LOVE grill'd in joondalup. Staff are friendly, food is fantastic, the options of different bread is great and very fast service for such fresh tasting meals. Not to mention the Rekordalig slushies!

Great service AMAZING burgers. If u are hungover and are sick of all the usually takeaway, then this place is for you! They were very busy and still got our burgers faster than u would at maccas or HJs. My fav bit is that u can takeaway!! FIVE STARS!

This place, every time i walk pass. that smell of the grill hot plate. Just grabs my full attention.<br/>Recommend the 'Simon Says' with a serve of chips (love that seasoning) plus the herb aioli. <br/><br/>Addicted

I absolutely love Grill'd, I tried for the first time at the Hillarys one they are also good. The burgers are excellent quality real ingredients and so tasty they piss all over maccas, the burgers made with love not just thrown together like a 1 am Big Mac meal.... The service at the Joondalup Grill'd is fast, effective and the staff are very happy and bubbly I recommend this place 100%.

Awesome atmosphere and staff. So friendly. Food is always good. A bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

Great location. We had to head north to pick something up so we decided to go to grilld for a lazy sunday lunch. Hadnt eaten at this one before since we usually go to the mount lawley one. <br/><br/>Realistically the food was very similiar to Mount Lawley (not that that is a bad thing!) and the service was fast. The best bit was it was perfect weather and we sat and watched the world go by. Would definitely go again if up that way.

Yumo!. I like girll'd anywhere so I do like Joondalup!<br/><br/>However the last time I went it was really dirty and the tables hadn't been cleaned! Staff need to pick up their game for that!!!

This one waiter guy is amazing! He checked on us twice, and got us a knife when we asked, and we didn't get little charity bottle caps at the till and I was real sad about it and I told him and then he got us some. He is the best and by proxy Grilld Joondalup is the best.

The burgers are great! But the size of these burgers have shrunk tremendously. Like going from a 5" to 6"!!! :(

Love Grill'd...found the staff pleasent enough and the burgers are delish. I had the Chicken Caesar burger and chips. The chips are great too...totally the best place to eat in Joondalup shopping centre.

The best burgers & chips ever. I was soooooo happy when Grill'd came into town (I moved here from Melbourne and they are everywhere in Melb). The best burgers ever, healthy, good quality and quick service. We'd rather come here than go to any restaurants or hotels in the area!.

Great Value. This place is amazing. It is a fresh change and perfect after watching a movie!! The service was beyond my expections, better than some of the more exspensive restuarants I have been to. They wait for short and the value was fantastic. You are so full by the time you get your burger, that you barely have room for their wonderfully seasoned fries. The little token system is great and gives you a sense of giving and goodness. The decorations are well suited.

Wonderful!. Couldn't decide btw the 4 Grill'd places to visit. Settle on Joondalup as we were around the area. Didn't regret the choice at all!<br/><br/>Had the Wild West - absolutely wonderful except that forgot to hold the beetroot as not a big fan of it.<br/>Wife had the simple grill which she complicated by adding cheese and egg. But looks wonderful.<br/>Me boy had the mini me pack. IMHO, I would rather pay the $7 for it then a McHappy meal!<br/><br/>Very happy with this visit. Would definitely go again in around the area. Hopefully the other outlets are just as good!

AMAZING. Second time here. Loved every bite! cant go past the Front Bar steak sanga and the Wild Wild West. the chips are great but can never finish them all.<br/>We will be back for more. (wish you sold Coke (not pepsi), but thanks for the guy that served us and told us where we could buy some in the food court)

Music too loud. I have no idea what the waiter said to us, we sat down with the menus that he gave us and decided that we couldn't even hold a conversation away from the speakers. We got up and left. If I wanted to go to a pub, I would have!<br/>We didn't have this problem at the Claremont Grill'd

Grilld is the best place to eat! The staff are amazingly friendly and the food is amazing I would recommend to any one. The prices are not as cheap as places such as McDonalds or HJ's but the quality is amazing and definitely worth a few extra dollars! I would recommend for vegetarians getting the Bombay bliss pattie on a garden goodness burger the staff are accommodating and willing to add and remove things from the burgers. Definitely my favourite place to eat I can't get enough of the herb Mayo on that beautiful panini bread!!! Mmmmm

Great Burgers & Chips. Had lunch there today after recently trying the Grill'd in Subi. Loved it just as much, with a great selection & reasonably priced for what you get.

Delish!. We came here when we had a hankering for something substantial and filling. We weren't dissappointed. We both had the Wild Wild West burger, which as bacon, egg, beetroot, beef patty, and all the rest of the regular burger bits n pieces. Bf ordered us 2 regular chips each and one of each of the dipping sauces (herbed mayo, sweet chilli aioli and tomato chutney or sth). The chips are great, cripsy, soft in the middle, and come salted with herbs, which is a nice change. The dipping sauces were really nice, but I didnt like the herbed mayo - was too much with the chips, and it tasted strange, like they'd put something powdered in it. Our burgers were SO good... messy, juicy, tasty. This is NOT first date food! It was exactly what I felt like, we didnt finish the chips (regular is a BIG serve) but I polished off my burger. <br/><br/>I would definately go back!!

What a treat!!. Took my nieces to Grilled in Joondalup last night before going to the movies for a quick bite, thought it was worth a try and wanted to give them something a little healthier than maccas. Some of my family met us down there and we all ordered a burger and chips. My nieces who are usually fussy eatters finished all of their kids meals, and all of us adults finished every last bit on our plates too lol. Loved the seasoning on the chips, and the burger patties were divine!! It was like having a homemade burger but without the hassle of having to make it yourself and clean up. What a great idea!! Will definently be eatting there again. Oh and cant forget the lovely staff, they were all very friendly and we all recieved our meals within only a few minutes of ordering. Highly recommend this place to everyone :)

Lamb burger delicious . Beef burger ok . Nice to have a choice of roll. But whats with the dried herbs on the chips? , Yuk. Friendly staff. Would certainly go there again.

Fast food with a healthy twist. Grill'd offers a vibrant atmosphere, great service and even better food. A great place to go for a burger that leaves your stomach pleasantly full and doesn't starve your wallet. I recommend the Simon says or Zen Hen. You can't order a burger without trying what are possibly Perths best chips. Highly recommended for lunch, dine in and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere or take away, either Grill'd is sure to impress

We’re often up at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, but since we’re not too fussed by what’s on offer in the food court, we usually visit Grilld.

I have a funny relationship with Grill’d - I’ve never had a bad meal there, but for some reason I always think that I don’t like their burgers. When I do eat there, I usually find myself ordering something I wouldn’t normally – a chicken burger, for example – and always end up enjoying it. Today we decided to head to Grill’d in the busy and ever-expanding  Lakeside Joondalup shopping centre for a spot of lunch, specifically to sample their new range of sliders and sides. There are four sliders on offer – beef with cheese, mustard & pickle; beef or chicken with pomegranate & mild wasabi slaw; and chicken with asian slaw & roasted peanuts. The two new sides are sweet potato chips with hot chilli mayo and asian slaw with fresh mint, coriander and roasted peanuts. You can select whichever sliders you like, at two for $14 or three for $17 – on par with a “standard” Grill’d meal.

The burger was SO nice, it was exactly what I felt like eating! It was messy, definately not first date food! The patty was juicy and really tasty, it had plenty of everything in it, and I chose to have panini bread rather than regular bread, which was really good. The chips were crispy, well cooked, and delish, with herb salt. The dipping sauces were nice, the sweet chilli aioli isnt spicy, but its creamy and tasty, the tomato relish was great, tangy and a nice contrast to the aioli. I didnt really like the herbed mayo, it tasted like it had something powdered in it, which tasted kinda strange. It was also a bit much because it was in the burger, and the herbs were on the chips. Herb overload! However it tastes good in the burger as its more of a background flavour.
