Food was so good and the service was brilliant, could
not fault anything at all, well done to all the great staff.
My husband and I dined here tonight and we were quite impressed. The food was very good and we couldn't believe the price. $30 per person for 3 courses. Tea and coffee included.
The atmosphere is lacking but it is a teaching restaurant. We enjoyed the food very much, and each others company, and the service was sweet from a young man on his very first day.
We loved it so much we booked in my parents (babysitting thank you gift) then and there and we will be back with friends very soon.
Because Profiteroles
The Pavillion is a must try, especially if you love bread rolls. There were so many bread rolls they were literally spilling out the windows. You didn't need a spoon to eat the delicious pumpkin soup because my entire bowl was soaked up by the endless bread rolls on offer.
Fish was great.
Who likes profiteroles? I DO!! If you're ever in the city of Joondalup with nothing to do get your arse into Pavillion and stuff your face with Joondalup's finest. Mine had the perfect amount of custard stuffed inside although my friend didn't agree. She likes her profiteroles stuffed so full of custard you'd have to send in Jeremy Renner from the Hurt Locker to inspect it first. Can't please everyone.
Would I go back? Absolutely. I'll be so full they'll be profiterolling my fat arse out of there in a wheel barrow.
Love your work!
Superb value and delicious meals. Two of us went to the Pavilion Restaurant for dinner last night. I was returning after having enjoyed a previous visit as part of a large group. I was very pleased to see the presentation of the same dishes had been changed and was delighted with the steak dish - superbly presented and everything that I love, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and chips - just scrumptious. The beautiful summer pudding was elegantly presented and tasted as delicious as it had the previous visit. All in all a great evening, pleasing us both with terrific meals and good service - highly recommend.
Amazing value, delicious food.. There's few 'finer dining' places you can find a 3 course meal for 2 for under $100. Our total bill came to $90 - we both had 3 courses and a glass of wine each, and my partner ordered a second main.
Granted the food isn't 5 star, but it's pretty close, service is top notch and with 3 courses for $30 who can complain!
Awkward endearing service from fresh faced youth. Food was alnost at good restaurant quality (some meats a little over cooked). Good idea overall, definitely worth a shot!
Excellant Evening. I called up today not expecting to get a reservation and was surprised when they called and said they could oblige us at 7 pm that evening which was perfect for us...we started with Scallops which were beautiful for the mains I had seared Salmon which was moist but just a tad overcooked for me as I like it slightly rare, my husband had the belly of Lamb which he said was divine, crispy skinned and succulent we had a side of vegetables and one of thick cut chips both good to finish I had the panna cotta that was delish and David had the pear and almond tart which unfortunately had a very tough pastry ... The service was top notch and the attention to detail was outstanding prices for a 3 course meals around $30 ......all in all a very happy evening I would recommend this restaurant to all who can get a booking we re-booked that evening to come back with friends.
Brilliant. This is how service should be.
One waiter to a small amount of tables. Very friendly. Affordable.
Staff are the students of the hospitality industry certificates that are on offer at the tafe.
Food is beautifully prepared and tends to melt on the tongue.
Love it here.
Id come here for just the bread rolls even. :)
