Review Bucking Bull - Joondalup

First time I ordered at Bucking Bull Joondalup, and it would be my last time (21/10). I had to wait for 20mins while it wasn't that busy for this Small beef brisket for $12.90. It is well and truly SMALL, isnt it? What a waste of time and money at this shop. Never return again

First time ordering Orders chips and gravy. Chips cold. asks for Hot chips. Says 15min they will be done Gets chips. Eats then 30min later feeling sick. It definitely didn’t agree with me Not going to order bucking ball again! Always had a different thought on it but thought I’d try it.

We came here for lunch. As soon as we stood in line we heard the older larger build woman with long strawberry blonde hair tied up in a plait who seemed to be the “Manager or Supervisor”, yelling at her staff across customers, being extremely rude to the customers that were waiting to be served, but especially the staff that where working. I understand that it’s lunch time and it’s busy, but she shouldn’t be in any position of power, if she can’t handle the smallest bit of pressure. Taking it out on the staff who were working their hardest to smash out everyone’s lunch, by yelling at them and talking to them like they are well beneath her was disgusting to watch. Credit to all the other staff that where on shift at that time, taking the ear bashing from this “Manager/Supervisor”, whilst still managing to serve everyone with a smile and a good attitude. It was obvious the staff where affected in a negative way by how they were being treated. I could only imagine how low the work morale would be at this outlet!!!

2pm Saturday arvo. Ran out of all meat except pork belly. So I ordered the pork belly roll. It comes with pork belly slaw and garlic aioli. Negative: - ran out of meat. - food was distasteful - a lengthy wait Positive: - bread roll was fresh and soft.

I ordered the classic fish & chips. The chips were okay but the fish looked like the inside of a hashbrown and was very wet/soggy. It tasted like fish and water mush on a dirty plate. The chocolate milkshake however, was quite nice but wasnt anything special. I'm not visiting again.

Slow service, order made wrong, supposed to be a roll and chips, I got half a roll and no chips and was still charged almost full price, usually good service but was a disappointment today

Had the roast today and it didn't taste the best was cold and tasted old.... I have now been throwing up for the past hour. Worst food!!
Duck Tales
Not exactly an inspiring place. I have seen more personality on a dead star fish. Food isn't to bad just pricey. Every now and again a smile would be nice. Looked like the owners were on holidays and the kids were running the place.

This place makes the best gravy rolls and the pork crackle is so good. Try it out if you want A quick lunch. It's a little pricey but apart from that it's good

We came here yesterday for lunch. They had special menu on that day-crispy pull pork in Thai sauce.
Love the freshness of their bread, vege and sauce. On the other hand their crispy pork is hard to chew 😓.
Love their chips and wedges, both was crispy

Just went there yesterday ,ordered a large roast roll combo ,to be told it was going to cost $18.20 .
I just waked away ,totally over priced
Also they weighed the meat straight in front of you with digital scales 😕. Not very professional in my opinion.
WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Just brought my daughter here for breakfast and the food was just awful. The sausage was made out of some excuse for meat and looked plain weird. Everything else was sub par and cost about $24 which is ridiculous. Total waste of money my daughter even picked the steak up with the plastic fork and asked me what it was. Shamefully enough for me to install this app and post this review before even leaving. First time I've felt the need to share the love.

This is located inside the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre in the food court.

The food is very much like the other Bucking Bull franchises. With winter here, the roast dinners and stuffed potatoes are a welcome on a cold day.

Very average service. After waiting for 10 minutes to be served, I had to leave, between the 4 people working there you think that they could serve people in a timely fashion, especially at 3:30 in the afternoon - not the busiest of times.
The only one serving anyone was a young girl with "trainee" on her badge who was very slow, as I would expect a trainee to be under no guidance.
The next character was a young man, who, at first glance was cleaning the coffee machine. 5 minutes later I realised he's actually spent all that time making one coffee...
The next person I noticed was a rather large lady who was doing the "busy walk" avoiding eye contact with the line of 5 people waiting to be served.
And lastly, there was the darker skinned young man out the back. Let's just say I've never seen someone text and mop so inefficiently.
