I was buying delicious bowls and wraps at this store at least twice a week. About 2 months ago, i tried their soup for the first time which had added chicken. It was stone cold with even colder chicken pieces in it. The veggies were raw and crispy in this cold swirl!. I pointed it out to the young man and asked if he would heat it for me. He muttered and referring to his colleague first, thaen said he couldn't reheat it asl the burners weren't working and he was unable to microwave. I said I don't want to eat iuke warm soup wiht cold chicken in it and that it could be a health hazard. His response ase to my $11.90ish purchase was to shrug his shoulders, whisper sorry and then serve another customer. So for customer service......0 For customer satisfaction......0 Value for no ey _ 5 I paid for something that was totally inedible. If the heating elements were not working then DONT SERVE SOUP! Iwasnt even given the choice as he did not tell me that the soup would be served cold and raw before taking money and serving it to me. Sadly, even though I enjoy the salads etc, i won't be back.

I was just served by a gorgeous young lady at your Joondalup restaurant. I am following an eating plan which means no carbs, just protein and veges. She went out of her way to accomodate me and was so friendly and helpful. She also went out of her way to check in with me at the end of her shift to ask if I was happy with my bowl. Wonderful service you’ll go far young lady. I think her name was Abbey!

I just asked for a refund after watching the staff member serve my salad into a bowl using her gloved hands, wearing the same gloves she walked to the counter in and used the cash register. God knows how long she’s been wearing those gloves then she shoved them in my food!!! 🤢🤢🤢 She did not use scoops or tongs or anything. Just her fingers! Yuck!

Just called to ask if they had juice available as I have a voucher for 20 and they were sold the last time I went to get them. The boy I spoke to was one of the rudest people I've ever experienced on the phone and to top off his rudeness, he laughed at me because he wasn't able to put the juices aside for me. He also bluntly answered the phone with 'hello?'. No proper greeting as you would expect from a business. This makes me not want to ever go there again. Worst place

Had the Spicy Lemongrass soup and the Khao San Burrito. Both were full of fresh flavours and delicious. Definitely go back.

I’ve given this place 2 chances. Just finished eating a tex mex chicken burrito, no flavour, no sauce, bland. I was excited about this place when it opened however both times I’ve been disappointed with bland flavourless food. Sorry I’m sticking with Sumo Salad.

bad trained staff-what a disgrace and shame! you have escorted a pumping mum from parents room and yet it is ok for you that centre' staff warm their lunches in that room.

It’s criminal the way a breastfeeding mother was treated by your own staff! To be barged in on and exposed and then told she needs permission to use the facilities that are literally there for HER! Disgusting and disgrace

You are pathetic!! I honestly feel for the poor mum yous embarrased. ALL mums breastfeeding, formula feeding or EXPRESSING have rights to the parents room. I hope you learn from this. Shameful!!!
