Review T5 Espresso - Joondalup

Spinach and feta roll is ok. Flat white is decent too. Chicken pie was average. Kids pancake was overly sweet.

Have been going to Miss Maud at different locations for years.Take away service was fast and professional. Hazelnut Ruffle is a favourite of mine and pies and sausage rolls are enjoyed by whole family. Nice range of sandwiches and baguettes and different soups of the day. We like both take away and dining in!

This must be the worst miss mauds I've ever been to. All the staff are very young and couldn't care less about anything.I ordered a really expensive sandwich $8.9 and so little filling in it.Ordered a takeaway coffee and it's 2 pm and I'm the only one there so she makes my coffee and on her way to bringing it to me she gets sidetracked to the cash register to serve a client and leaves my takeaway coffee beside the cash register and starts working the cash register and I'm like just a metre away.So I ask another girl working there if she could Just hand me my coffee and she looks at me blankly walks away muttering something. Than after 10 minutes the girl with my coffee finishes with the cash register and forgets my coffee beside it and goes back to making coffee so I try to attract her attention to my coffee she left behind and at last something clicks in her mind and she gets me the coffee and like a machine so sorry and Walks away. By this time my coffee is just abit warm. What an unremarkable experience.

Mediocre. I indulged in a scone and coffee here. The coffee wasn't bad, and the scones (came as a pair) were good, if small. However, way too little cream and jam were supplied, and the cream was the rubbish aerosol stuff, which is mostly air. On top of that, there were table service issues, making a 3-star rating the obvious choice. The space itself was quite pleasant though -- good ambience. Overall, there are better options scattered through Lake Joondalup centre.

Reluctantly stopped there for a coffee as was wife's birthday & Princess cake is her favourite. We have had coffee at other MM branches that was slopped & luke warm BUT this coffee was GREAT. Its a pitty tables & floor soiled in places.

Asked to swap a good item for something of the same value. They said I can just remove it and pay extra to add. Food was cold, coffees also cold. Overall not worth the money unfortunately

Always a great cuppa. Sandwiches and gateaux always fresh. Plus the best pumpkin soup around

Toasted bacon and egg sandwich with half an egg only in one half of sandwich. I’m guessing egg fell out. Gotta question how???? Waited a long time for my food to arrive. Think they forgot about me as customers who arrived after me received their orders before me Don’t like giving bad reviews, but this one was deserved unfortunately.
