Absolutely terrible pizza. I used to love this place with the old owners, now it is awful. Ordered the pulled pork and slaw which I have had numerous times before, what arrived was an absolute joke. Hardly any meat and big slices of raw carrot. Contacted Crust head office who forwarded my complaint

Extremely annoyed. I made an online order last night only to receive a phone call informing me that their ovens were "broken". I was then told that I would receive a phone call about my refund. Well still haven't received a phone call and no refund and apparently no one in the store can answer phone

Pizza was to the normal standard for the a Crust when collected BUT... I ordered to a location specifying delivery to ECU Village and received a call saying they couldn't deliver inside a facility (ECU Village is on the opposite side to the ECU entrance) and offered a refund. I requested the refund

Do not use this place!!!!! An hour late with the wrong pizza and then don't honour a free pizza. Terrible service and no care for their long time customers Surely crust can find better franchisees than this idiot

The staff members are very polite and kind! I used to visit there a lot as an Uber Eats driver! They are kind to everyone and not like other pizza stores where they treat Uber eats guys like garbage! #Respect🙏

Great food, free delivery to the in the vacinity of the store. Staff are allways friendly and ive never had a bad pizza there.

I do like this pizza, it does take a bit longer for delivery than my local but some things are worth waiting for.
