Genuinely the best bubble tea place in PERTH! soooo delicious and yummy. The staff are super friendly and kind, they are really amazing. All the bubble tea drinks are yummy, they range from milk teas to fruity drinks. They cover all your taste buds, you will never be disappointed, there food taste really authentic and yummy, it really shows how much effort and love they have for their food and bubble teas. I hope they never shutdown or move away from Joondalup. This is the only bubble tea place that I purchase from, no other can compare.

Had the worst bubble tea and strawberry tea ever at Tsaocaa Tea. This couldn't get any worse, both my mum and myself ordered bubble tea, not sure how much caffeine the guy put in, both my mom and myself lost sleep the whole night. There was merely any pearl in the tea at all. Ordered strawberry tea for my little one, it's like bright pink color, I almost chuck that in the bin straight away when we just got it. Got my daughter tried, she only had one sip, then I tried, it's just some sort of pink powder made of it. Yucky... Even I had got a $2 strawberry milk from woollies, it would have tasted so much better than this. Have had so much bubble tea in so many different places, this definitely into the worst one. Anyway, I won't get any bubble tea from this place ever.

Got two bubble teas here, so disgusting we thew them in the bin after two sips. The staff were very rude, and I was only informed that the option for warm bubble tea on the menu was not available after being served a tepid tea. Horrible.

I ordered from Uber Eats and was happy how quickly my food arrived. I was super impressed with how fresh and tasty my food was and my drink was still cold and delicious as well. But best of all the pricing was very affordable for what I purchased and the portion size I received.

Worst bubble tea ever and worst customer service from staff. Coconut milk has got coffee and chocolate in it and the response from the staff was that’s coconut milk tea here. Where on earth is coconut tastes like chocolate and coffee. Avoid this place at all cost and go to Presotea which is on the ground floor of the shopping centre.

Thank you again Yamato Sushi. You guys always go above and beyond to service your customers. I love spice so you kindly added a spicy mayo to my sushi. Awesome Customer service and delish food at great prices.

Love them! Probably the best chinese/Japanese food from the food court! Amazing bentos, fried rice and katsu don!

A very nice place to get fresh tea drinks and Japanese bites!
