I ordered a regular chips and gravy and at first she just handed me my chips, i told her i also ordered gravy and she goes “oh” then starts pouring it on my chips rather than asking if i wanted it separately like she did other customers. i tried t

They're not great at listening to your order, so they often get it wrong. I wish they would repeat it back to you so you know they've got it right. I eat here quite a bit and they get the order correct maybe 60% of the time. Sometimes they take ages too. I waited in the drive thru for 20min once. I

I started feeling sick after I ate the Cheesy Chilli Chips I think they put Something Harmful in their really bad. I feel sick I have a bad stomach ache please fix the food it's so bad I'm never gonna forgive you for doing this to me and others. And I Hope You Guys Get Sued For This. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Ordered the burger with bacon and pineapple. Bacon was like old leather and overall the burger was tasteless. For the high prices they charge I expected a better meal. Over priced and not nice food. Will never bother with Oporto again.

Chips and burger were cold. Burger was not tasty and the salad was 5 leaves of spinach and some chickpeas. Was not worth the $46 for two meals. Left feeling ripped off and unsatisfied
