Review Arthur Clive's Family Bakehouse Kalbar - Kalbar

They are great. I ordered a hamburger and a chicken burger. I promise, they are in top 5 in Queensland. So, I would suggest this place to others and will go back there soon. When you get there, don’t miss the sweets and the cakes with a cup of coffee because they are good at them too.

What an amazing place with wonderful food. We went on a Sunday drive and decided to make Kalbar our destination. I would have to say that Lovett’s at Kalbar is a must do cafe, it’s home cooked selection is great, the teapot collection is amazing and the customer service is excellent. We went for a Pie, custard tart and coffee, not only did we find the food tasty (Custard tart was one of the best I have had) but it was also great value. If your are travelling the Cunningham highway and want to celebrate coming over Cunningham’s gap or have a break before you go over it, then Lovett at Kalbar is a great place to go, it’s only 4klm off the highway and certainly has a much better selection of food, than what’s on offer on the highway at Aratula.

The most delicious food and drinks. Fast and friendly service and the cafe is always clean. There's so much to see with a great array of plant life and teapots. Lots of local products to purchase as well.

A lovely example of a small county cafe with the same warm country hospitality offered from staff. A good selection of pre-made food and beverage offerings, along with a good menu. Been here several times and the coffee is usually quite good unless they are a little busy. Hot beverages are only available in take away cups. The service is good but at a country pace. The decor inside and out is very welcoming and cosy. The sensation of 'bouncing' as you walk throughout is interesting as the floor seems to not have much supporting structure.

Decided on a day trip around the Scenic Rim SE Qld today...in Kalbar we had lunch at Lovett at Kalbar. All Day Breakfast so scrambled and bacon on sour dough toast. Was scrumptious.

Gorgeous cafe in Kalbar. Lovely staff, delicious frappe and teapots everywhere. An excellent stop to refuel and buy some local honey and products!

This is a great cafe in Kalbar. Be warned that if it's busy, as it was today when we visited, there might be a wait for your food. Our drinks were made to perfection and there's a lovely vibe to the place with super friendly staff and so much greenery in the form of REAL plants! Not the usual plastic ones that gather dust... the food was cooked fresh and satisfied the brunch hunger. I had the BLAT. You can eat whatever is on the menu, for breaky or lunch. There's plenty to choose from the display cabinetl. They make all the biccies as well. Can highly recommend the choc chip ones! Nice Sunday drive to get to this place, check it out next time you're in the Scenic Rim.

We do a stopover while heading towards Lake Moogerah. What a lovely cafe and gem in Kalbar.

Fantastic pies, Vanilla slice to die for. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy cafe. Coffee was good too.

Got a brownie took one bite and went and got a refund. Tasted like plastic and had no chocolate taste at all. Lady behind the counter was apologetic & happy to give refund though.

A great little piece of Queensland. Milkshake was excellent.. with malt!! Loved the pub over the road too.
