Perhaps one McDonald's you want to avoid. Seems the management there believes it's ok for staff new and old to make a cheese burger without the main component When asked about it was told that I was being pedantic, no apology, and he wonders why I threw the burger at him. Guess that hurt his feeling

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this store, worst experience I’ve had from any McDonald’s that I have ever been to in my life. Never actually seen a more poorly run business. Apart from a few gems here staff aren't always polite. I've maybe once driven away with the correct meal and been happy with the service. Food is slapped together like no one cares. Only go here cuz it's to far to the next closest one.

Ive never had any issues with kallangur always like the people. Times when I haven’t been happy with a coffee they go and change it for me no problem. Been going there for years and always good

Waited for 6 minutes, with no other cars in the drive-thru, only to receive a cold burger. The person whom I purchased the burger for advised that the cheese and pickles were missing. From talking to others, this isn’t a unique occurrence.

I ordered two happy meals and two adult meals this afternoon (17/1/2021) at 5pm the food was not table service as requested (order number 102) and left on the counter so it went cold and I had to go looking for it as it was not even called out. Ordered in store but they’re very busy with drive through. One customer walked out and left his food. 20 minutes to get food in the restaurant. And it’s only two Mac muffins. The staff are very busy but sadly the experience is very poor.

I have given this location too many chances and each time their food, drinks and customer service turn out terrible. Their smoothies all most always taste watered down and when I tried to give feedback in regards to this, the manager at the window insisted that it was made with correct measurements.
