We were just about to walk into the shopping centre then stopped and thought why dont we walk over and try Lo's...best decision we ever made � had the yummiest lunch with my Mum with the nicest customer service and prompt too. It started with an immediate greeting and then a cup of green tea each. Food was delivered quickly and super fresh, same with the smoothies. Then the lovely goodbye and grabbing the door for us. Great/outstanding customer service goes a long way and we will certainly be returning to Lo's.
