Soul has a comfortable vibe, delicious food and most importantly the staff here are so friendly and kind. We love coming here for any meal and are always greeted with the best customer service.

I give it 5 stars due to its value for money. It's not the best coffee in town but quite nice and I really enjoyed their scrambled eggs on toast. Unlike noisey shopping centre cafes, it's quieter there and always shady if enjoying your coffee outside. There seems to be a relaxed atmosphere there. Value for money and quiet are the assets that attract me.

A good setting with spacious areas asnd very comfortable chairs with good air con to escape the heat and flies. The kind of cafe to use laptop while enjoying a couple of brews. The coffee is presented well and delivered gladly by friendly staff but not an outstanding taste - still nice but not worthy of telling friends to try.

The servings are good and the staff are really friendly. Not the cheapest place, but definitely a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the art wall at the back. I usually get the steak burger, though the nachos are really good too if you are looking for something not quite that large.

Have been here many time over the years, early on it was very good (being one of only two cafes in Karratha), then it went through a bit of a mid-life crisis (trying to be too fancy). I'm happy to say it has found it's place again, there are many competing cafes here now, but Soul's food and service is very good. The coffee is great too. Good value for money

Went to soul cafe and couldn't have thanked Jang and Lanna enough for the amazing spread they cooked up to celebrate hubby's birthday. They even cooked up a storm as requested by our son for his dad's birthday. The food was beyond delicious. Will definitely go again and highly recommend this place for its ambience and amazing Thai food to all!!! Thank you guys you are the best

We found this beautiful cafe nestled amongst the trees at the building across from the Woolworths service station. We could only just see the sign and lights outside. It was a busy little place. We waited about 35 minutes for our food, which we didn't mind as we were told there would be a wait when the waiter came to take our order. Relaxed atmosphere, got a little loud at times, but thats because it was busy, stylish decor, good food, good coffee and the young man who served us was very welcoming and friendly!

Went for brekkie, nice bacon and scrambled eggs. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Myself and my wife really enjoyed it here. We stopped in the next morning for coffee and a great toasted bacon and egg sanga before driving out. We recommend a visit.
