We came here after a long day hiking and ended up loving the food so much that we booked in for the following night. The food was so fresh with rich, interesting flavors. There is a huge menu with plenty of options for meat and veg eaters alike. Perfect level of spice in the nasi goreng and curries and the portion sizes were very satisfying.
I have never had better tasting vegan food! The dishes were very flavorsome and they go above and beyond the usual veg dishes with interesting and exotic ingredients.
The service was also incredible!! Very friendly and attentive staff and quick service.

Did a bit of research to see what to eat for our dinner whilst we were in Katoomba and this came up as one of the better options on Zomato. If there were still half marks on here would’ve been a 4.5!

Managed to squeeze in as they were pretty busy with both dine in and takeaways. The service was very friendly and even though they were stretched with heaps of orders they managed to take care of everyone pretty well.

Started off with some Grilled Satay Chicken Skewer With Peanut Sauce. 3 juicy pieces of chicken was smothered by a tasty nutty peanut sauce. Miso soup was okay.

We then had the Chilli Jam Roast Duck With Wild Rice, Sesame Beef & Veggies With Steamed Rice, and Peking Duck & Prawn Fried Rice. We were all pleased with our mains and thought the portions were all quite generous. The food was tasty and we did struggle to finish all of it but managed to find a way.

To finish we had Pandan Tapioca Sago and White Chocolate Caramel Tart. Both pleased with our desserts and great finish to meal. The sago had a slight salty taste from coconut but the ice cream sweetened it all up. The tart was sweet but delicious.

Came here for dinner and enjoyed a fantastic meal! Definitely need to book a table beforehand, and it is crazy busy (though it was a long weekend)!

We came at 7pm and the place was absolutely packed - luckily we had booked a table, as people were asking about tables all night, and there were lots of takeaway orders made.

For entree, we shared the veggie samosas, sampler plate, pork belly and the soft shell crab. The samosas were really tasty and quite generously sized for the price. The pork belly was quite crispy and the sauce was nice, however some bits were chewy, and because they were also a generous size, I would consider adding this to the 'mains' section. The soft shell crab in chilli (sweet chilli) were really delicious and the dressing with the salad was super tasty! There were quite a few pieces shared between three people. The sampler plate was as described, but we found most of the components to be a bit underwhelming, and the pork bun was overcooked and hard in areas. I would recommend the samosas and the soft shell crab.

For mains, we shared the Exotic Kulaway Seafood Curry, Pad Thai and some roti. Both dishes were so delicious and full of flavour. The seafood curry came in a cute coconut and was very generous in seafood pieces (prawns, calamari, fish) and the secret BN sauce had flavours of Thai red curry. The Pad Thai was also delicious, with a large amount of noodles plus chicken and prawn. The flavour was everything you would expect in the classic dish plus more! The roti was flaky and a great accompaniment to the curry.

Overall we had a fantastic meal - there was not too much of a wait considering the craziness of the restaurant, and nearly everything was delicious. We ordered way too much food for three, but it was nearly impossible to stop eating! The staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Definitely would recommended booking a table and giving this place a go!

YUM YUM YUM! Food was so delicious and everything tasted so homemade; I've never had Thai food like that before! Good prices, great food. Would definitely go again.

What a pleasant surprise. Last night after a long day, we just needed something quick and easy in Katoomba. With winter approaching and the cold keeping many locals at home, getting into most of the local eateries was not a problem. The Basil Nut however was packed, despite being hidden at the end of a nondescript passage; and for good reason. I had the Chilli Jam Roast Duck with a pot of Green Tea from the Blue Mountains Tea Company, and it was terrific. Fresh and tasty; served in flash despite the place being packed and turning tables over efficiently. This is a great cheap eat which is worth booking for to avoid missing out on.

Fabulous Asian food. I especially love their specialty fried noodle dish (like a pad see iew but better). I think it was called Guay Geow but I could totally have that wrong. I've eaten it several times (so yum). I've also had a mixture of other dishes. I wasn't fussed with their Thai fish cakes, but everything else I've tried had been delicious and there's such a wide selection that most people will find something they like :)

Great little Thai fusion restaurant , quick efficient friendly and the food is so fresh and delicious , prawn dumplings, Vietnamese rolls and lamb massamun curry were highlights , so good !! A surprise find down a little alley off katoomba's Main Street!!
