Have had these pies on multiple occasions at different locations. The pies are always good - great pastry and filling. The filling is with chucks of meat. Highly recommend trying them out. My favourite is the lamb and kangaroo. Quality is consistent. I’ve purchased the pies cold to take home to bake in the oven and they taste just as good.

Walked in and was shocked at the prices ($9.5 a pie) however the pies were very big and filled with ingredients. Tiny tomato sauce packs at 50 cents each is definitely a rip off, when you pay that much for a pie you should get one pack for free.
Ordered an eclair and brownie as well. The brownie was decent and the eclair was huge and filled with a yummy hazelnut cream.
Hopefully when things go back to some sort of normal they can bring their prices back down as we'd definitely like to try it again.

First time visiting this pie shop and was amazed by the quality of the meat pies. It was very juicy and delicious. They also make coffee and it's good value for money. I highly recommend to visit here when stopping via the blue mountains.

Yummo! Yes a bit expensive but so so worthwhile. We had pies (veggie and carnivore) and the two pastries in the photo (one lemon drizzle and one raspberry, the raspberry was my favourite). A local treasure I would travel miles for.

My partner and I came here from a recommendation from a local store. We were expecting a great pie.
We ended up with two pies that were bland, full of sauce with not even a touch of meat... I had a lamb pie, she had a chicken.
As well as a lighter pocket, with the pies costing around $11 EACH! Plus sauce which was around a $1.
They do a 15 percent surcharge for Sundays!
I would never recommend anyone go here. You have been warned.

A bit too hyped I think and also quite expensive for a pie - $10.50 on a Sunday/Public Holiday and $9.50 on a normal day.
Taste was nothing special (had a lamb curry) with a lot of the size being wasted on the dough they use to pad up the pie.
Might have to try another few of their other pies to see I change my mind but wasn’t a fan with my first experience!

Their cakes and pies are delicious and we've been coming up here for a few years now. It can get expensive but the food is really good quality so don't mind paying. I wouldn't recommend coming in the afternoon however as their best pies sell out quickly so there's not as much to choose from. Good though as that creates less wastage

We drove up to this bakery and OMG it was so hard to find parking! I think it took over 20 minutes to find a good walkable spot!
There was 2 different type of pies, one had a thick pastry and one was like the regular pastry. I ordered the thin based smaller pie.
I ordered a curry pie and an almond croissant.
The pie was soft and tasty (very similar to Harry's Café de Wheels pie) it was ok, the pastry was very flaky though but not crispy!
But I didn’t really like the almond croissant, very soggy and not crispy & overly sweet!
The lady that served me looked a little grumpy!!
I am glad I tried this bakery though, but I don’t think I would go back to this bakery café! Good to try though as an experience since I am on holidays. 🥰🥰
I spent $10.50 altogether.
