The cutest little cafe in Keilor East, Hollisushi and Smoothies uses the freshest produce available to make their delicious smoothies, smoothie bowls, sushi and roti rolls. So healthy and flavoursome, and just the right spot for a healthy breakfast or lunch.
The small cafe is decked out in pastels, and has cute and comfortable window seating. The sushi display is overflowing with delicious ready made rolls, but on this occasion we chose to have smoothies and smoothie bowls. Our green juice and tropical juice mix were both so fresh. The green juice had lots of veg such as celery and cucumber as well as apple; whilst the other juice was refreshing and tangy. The serving size was quite substantial and excellent value for money.
The tropical smoothie bowl had a mango base and had loads of fresh mango, coconut, kiwi fruit and granola. It was so creamy and tasted just like Summer. The chocolate acai bowl was another generous portion of chocolatey goodness topped with granola, blueberries, banana, pistachios and peanut butter. The nuttiness of this bowl was amazing, and the banana and peanut butter combination is amazing.
The staff here are super friendly, and although all the juices and smoothies are made to order, they still arrived in good time. Hollisushi has a lovely atmosphere and is definitely a great spot in this area for a healthy snack or lunch. I can't wait to return to try some of their incredible looking sushi.
I had the Vegetable Curry Roti Wrap and a fruit juice and it was absolutely perfect.
I love that the wraps are made with roti bread and curry vegetables is my favourite type of filling.
The juice was just perfect - nothing out of place. A great blend of favours.

Love the sushi and the staff here! Always helpful and accommodating to dietary requirements (happy to make new handrolls up minus ingredients), and there's always more filling than rice which I definitely prefer (so much so that it's hard for me to wanna buy sushi from anywhere else now).
Cheap and significant variety of sushi..I tasted smoothies over there.they r delicious.sushi tastes good..have to wait a bit wait .for any order..small but neat.. nice staff..they have to be nice because they take.lot.of time to serve...little area to dine in..good location in centre way..
What a fantastic find in the Centreway at East Keilor. My favourite in the range of Sushi as well as a crazy range of smoothies.
Great local café serving Great smoothies, breakfast bowls, fresh wraps and of course sushi! Gorgeous decor, friendly staff, excellent value. Highly recommend
