Staff all standing around talking when I walked in, No one greeted me, all complaining they are cold, they sitting on bench tops and left me wondering if they were open as they finished their conversations before even considering serving me! And anytime the machine wasn't working they would swear! C
Thank you to the friendly staff this evening. Freshly made Filet and coffee's were on point. Sound so basic to do, considering that it's a staple to the menu but we very much appreciated the freshness and promptness.
Timothy is THE BEST staff we've ever come across at any fast food drive thru. He is chirpy and makes your ordering a pleasant. We definitely need more workers like Timothy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Took half an hour in the waiting bay to get one meal and it was stone cold. Ice coffee was literally just milk and water. Who ever is the manager there needs to re hire some capable staff asap.
Went to maccas after busy night at work on Wednesday, only to be greeted with an amazing worker and excellent customer service, I want to thank Tim (hope I got that right) they were so cheerful even though it was 10.30 pm. They made me laugh by their sense of humour and how polite they were. Thank y
Got a coffee and first of all it tasted trash but that was something i could tolerate. What i can't tolerate is nearly choking on the plastic slip from the tip of the milk carton. I was absolutely revolted. Was not worth the quick stop :(
Restaurant feels like a grease bucket.. Order took over 10mins, only 1 other person in the shop at the time of order. Staff unorganised, barista did apologise for the long wait. So points for her, would have left a one star review otherwiseand the food wasn't the worst I've had from maccas.. go the
