my wife had Barramundi with rattatui which she thought was excellent; I had lamb shank with roast veg - a bit bland, I thought… but for a dinner at an RSL in a little country town in NSW on a Sunday … it’s very good. Now waiting for dessert…

The food was amazing with a beautiful view. The entire experience was only made better with the professional and welcoming staff. They treated you with a wonderful friendly manner as if you are a VIP or regular. I definitely recommend a visit here if your in Kempsey.
From the google images of this we couldn’t tell that it is an RSL or an air conditioned, large indoor venue. We ended up at the back of a large conference style venue with a significant distance between us and the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river shown on the google listing.

Outstanding food! The best club food I've ever had. The spaghetti with prawns and cream reduction was perfect, my partner's salmon and veg with salsa verde also delicious.
