A very unfortunate experience. I ordered a Bananarama, but they brought be the wrong drink. No big deal. I said it was the wrong thing, and she immediately took it away. Then, she brought the same wrong drink back and told me they had charged me for that one and that I should just have that one that
I ordered a takeaway bowl, with banana strawberry and watermelon. I paid extra for the extra fruit. I only got banana. Second time this happened, second time I’ve ordered from here. Pretty disappointing when you’re spending nearly $20. Would not recommend.
Staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. A young man funnily enough with the same name was very nice and made an amazing coffee. 10/10 would recommend!
Absolutely DISGUSTING. Literally threw it in the bin after I tasted it - ice cream was melted like water, strawberries were soft, and the açai was sour and dropped everywhere. Waste of my $15, not coming back ever.

Very slow service and unfriendly staff. Neither of the staff were wearing masks. Music too loud today everyone has to repeat things - it’s hard enough with masks on but made more difficult by volume of music. .After waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee they got the order wrong because they couldn’t
If you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for a coffee as the only customer in the store while the staff chat behind the counter… then you’ll probably like this place. I’m never one to complain about service, I get they’re just doing their jobs, but I’ve seriously given this place so many chances to do better
