We have just had a family dinner at Chloe's to celebrate a special birthday and everyone thought the whole evening was just perfect. The best fine dining in Adelaide! Last week I took a small group of clients to Chloe’s for dinner and they were talking about it for days afterwards. My wife got jealous (rightfully) so we went for a romantic dinner on Saturday night. In both cases the degustation menu was the obvious choice. F
Took our youngest, a chef, for his birthday. We chose the degustation with matching wines. Spectacular! It was the whole package. Owner Nick was a font of knowledge, engaged and made us feel like we were at home.
Exceptional fine dining. I would recommend asking the staff/owner to match your wine with your food. The owner provides such a great service I can only liken to Atlantis in Dubai. For special nights ... A must !
