Amazing vegetarian pizza and staff is really good.
Must recommendation and they have change my opinion of wood fire pizza definitely going again..

The pizza was crispy and hot, the cheese was creamy and melt in your mouth perfectly. The restaurant overall has an extremely nice ambience and very suitable for the family or friends. Definitely reccomend this place!

This is a really good Italian pizza and pasta restaurant. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and you can tell the pasta is freshly made. We've eaten there as a friends of four and more on a number of occasions. Thanks La Q we will see you again soon 👍

I've been here on a few occasions and it's fair to say they have a pretty big variety of options along with different pizza sizes to fit anyone. It's quite a handy place for a quick, not too expensive meal on a Friday night. It also gives you the option to eat in or take away.
The food at laQ is absolute quality and I have become a very regular customer. The pizza dough is delicious and totally unique and it keeps me coming back for more. The staff provide a genuine and friendly customer experience. Do yourself a favour and get a laq pizza!

Whats better than good food? The answer is good food combined with amazing service. The waiters here were simply lovely (and so attentive), and the hot salami pizza we had was so so good. Highly recommended， yum

Best gourmet pizza in Borondaara. Forget the chains, this is the good stuff (woodfired).
It is a nice little place and the owner knows most locals by name. They also host good bigger parties, do caterimg and delivery, and have some of the best risottos and pastas this side of the city.
I chose a dish from the pasta menu: ‘Pasta Pockets filled with pumpkin, pine nuts and ricotta in a bacon and Napoli sauce ($17.50)’. The pasta had a gorgeous, rich sauce that smothered the tender pockets of pasta.
I went to La Q tonight. We had spaghetti with sea food and prawns. It was delicious. Hot, fresh and really good. It is a while since I have been there and tonight the good was especially good .
The pizza is really good from here the only problem is the delivery is quite slow and the pizza is slightly cold when it arrives. Otherwise really lovely Woodfire pizza!
Very Tasty. Ate at La Q last night with my family of four adults and we were all happy with our meals. The pizzas were thin and tasty, the gnocci was not as good as Nonna's but very, very close (and they were happy to change the sauce to Cabonara) and the Paella had loads of beautiful fresh seafood.
Will be coming back.
Dissapointed at the service but great food. Upon my arrival at La Q i was greeted by the owner and his daughter i sat down at a table close to the counter with my 3 teenagers.We all ordered different Pasta's and 1 pizza to share. My 12 year old daughter ordered a spicy dish by this time the owners daughter was hanging around our table. My daughter was saying how spicy it was. The owners daughter came to our tbale and pluckled the food out ofMY DAUGHTERS bowl she said "its not spicy" i then told her it was fine and she went away i was disscusted that the owners daughter was EATING my daughters food. This experience was probably 1 year ago but i thought this review was nessacary i have since returened and not seen the daughter. The food is great but it will take me a while to forgive the service on my past experience.

La Q on Q for us!. Had a beautiful meal here last night. My partner's 'the lot' pizza was thin, crunchy and tasty. My mum had a lovely chicken breast special and I had a fresh, crunchy salad with yummy focaccia . The service was friendly and the atmosphere warm and cosy. My family has lived in Kew for many years and will come back to this one! Thank you La Q in Kew!
Great food and good price, i'v been eating here for a couple years and would recommend to anyone that enjoys authentic casalinga style wood fired pizza and traditional pasta. My favourite is the wood fired oven roasted veal saltambocca.

La Q. Twas late in a .week nite evening.. looking for a bite to eat around 8:30. Drove to Kew and found this place still open for business. Friendly host welcomed us and suggested one of the specialties : pizzas with either salmon or vegetarian. We ordered one small pizza of each .. and they were delicious... Thin bases and light and tasty topping without a cheesiness.
Definately go back for next specials.

I absolutely love their pizzas though trying to set up personal example for my daughter of not having pizzas too often. Nevertheless we are regular customers ordering our favourites every fortnight from the place. Quick service, home delivery, always hot, always delicious: think crunchy base, classic topics, well cooked. Just the best for us at the moment. if pizza then it is only from la Q.

Warm Local. I understand why it doesn't get reviewed highly but for locals this is a great place to go as it is warm and cute and you can always get a booking and the food is better than La Porchetta.
