attended this restaurant for a Friday night dinner, very cosy and full with customers. I liked the environment and that they had a jar of conversation starters on the table. The wait staff were lovely and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We started off with two entrees; Korean fried chicken bites and bao buns. Both were delicious and decently priced for their sizes. For mains we ordered the Korean fried chicken burger in an orange bao bun with sweet potato fries and a chicken noodle dish in oyster sauce . The orange bao bun was a great addition to the burger and tasted really nice. The food was delicious and I was very full at the end! I also paired the meal with their “Phoenix” cocktail which was delightful.

Everything about this place shines spectacular. The food, customer service and environment is very warm and welcoming. The chicken ribs, kfc chicken and calamari were such mouth watering dishes. Definitely a bang for your buck, and would highly recommend when you’re in Kew. This place will definitely be seeing me again

Can't fault anything about this lovely restaurant. Clean and comfortable. Friendly, efficient staff. Varied menu. Had the flying prawns and the sizzling beef. Both were light, fresh and delicious. Also good value for the money. Look forward to coming back.

Phoenix Asian Restaurant and Bar has only been opened for 3 months but it seems to have hit the ground running with young enthusiastic owners and staff happy to fulfil your ever need without being imposing.

The group of 15 hungry foodies devoured a range of dishes from flying prawns- prawns wrapped in fried potato which was crunchy on the outside with a fresh sweet prawn on the inside. Prawn steamed dumplings, boneless kfc fried chicken coated in a sweet chilli sauce which we would have loved to come in a bigger size - so so yummy. We also tried all of the bao buns. The bao buns themselves were so soft, fresh and fluffy best I’ve had to date and the pork was moist and had an awesome crackle, absolutely perfect. The soft shell crab and tofu bao was also great with crispy coatings and juicy insides.

The silken tofu with mango salad is a winner and so is the soft shell crab salad that refreshed the palate before tackling the hot pot mussels. Presented in replica cast iron pot the tender morsels had the most amazing lemongrass and coconut liquor although l did add a little salt when downing the liquor with my rice. A dish l hope they continue on the menu when in season.

We also ate the beef ribs, Singapore noodles, Mongolian chicken stir fry on a sizzling dish, Korean chicken hotpot that had a mild kick but could use a little more kimchi, beans with walnuts and cashews that some thought were a little salty but not all and a few dared to have dessert.

All said the ice creams were full of flavour especially the chocolate which is complimentary considering it came from an Italian who is a bit of a ice cream connoisseur. The fried ice cream was also said to be delicious.
The Ambiance of the store was welcoming with adequate lighting but could use a little more character however it’s floor space does allow access for those with a wheelchair although I’m not sure if the had a disability restroom.
The restaurants bar and amenities were clean and well catered.

I’m definitely looking forward to their official opening and will return to try the tartare beef, salmon and other dishes they are trying on their menu. Worth a visit before It gets too well known.

Cosy new place in our neighbourhood. My husband had the Specials - Sizzling Black Bean Beef and I had the Singapore Fried Noodles for dinner. They were very yummy! Quality of cooking and ingredients were very good! There was a jar of questions on each table and we had fun playing them, it was indeed a good way to keep the convo flowing! The young waiter was very pleasant and friendly, great customer service! We will definitely frequent the place again and recommend it.

Came here many times for both lunch and dinner and is now my no.1 favorite Asian restaurant in town. The food was decidedly delicious especially the mussel hot pot and the korean chicken, convenient position with only a few walks from the tram stop and cozy space. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!!

Amazing food, staff, drinks and ambience!! The staff are really friendly and the food is delicious. Great new restaurant!! Got the Mongolian stir fry sizzling plate, highly recommend this as well as the lychee crusher.

Came here for work lunch - we had chicken fried noodles, vege pho, and lemongrass chicken with rice. Food was decidedly good and reasonably priced. Service was decent and thank gawd, they accept electronic/card payments with no surcharges or minimum orders! Will definitely return!

Came to this place with my partner for dinner and ordered the Korean fried chicken, lamb ribs and soft shell crab baos with a lychee crusher to share. The KFC was 9/10, chicken was extremely tender and sauce was amazing. Lamb ribs were 10/10 and probably the star of our order! Soft, tender and fell off the bone.. The baos were amazing too, 9/10. Service was so friendly and welcoming once we stepped foot inside. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The food here is delicious, the service is even better, absolute love the staff here, super friendly and warm vibes. Great delivery of classic asian dishes, would definitely recommend the Korean fried chicken here, prawn dumplings and the panna cotta!!! Great prices for such large portions!!!
