Review Kfc - Kew

Terrible service. Every time I have been here in the last year, I haven’t had a single correct order. They either add something in that I asked to have removed, or removed things that I didn’t even mention removing. Not only that, but the quality is appalling. The burgers are made horrendously, and half the ingredients aren’t even on it. The food is always cold, and the wait time is annoyingly slow. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve found its not easy to give a rating to any Macca’s as they all have been standardized but given the bathroom needs some attention when I used it. I would give them 4 stars and I don’t think they would care.

My mum has been going to this mcdonalds for quite a few months now, and she is always more than happy with the service. Staff are always friendly and try their best to go the extra mile, even when it is very busy. She speaks highly of the baristas, jaimee who always remembers her order and has it put through as soon as she walks in, always asks her about her day even when it's busy, is patient & supportive of the less experienced colleagues, and makes fantastic coffee! The store is usually very clean and has lots of seating available.

I came in on monday, and this old women grace p was so kind!! She seemed to love her job and made my day. Her coffee skills are exceptional and ily so much! I am an old women and having this young soul serve me brightened my life! Grace p you deserve the world #faceofmaccas 👑❤️

Upset shop closes at 11pm no notice informed to local residents. Sat in car to wait for two burger meals to be waiting 10 mins to only get one burger meal I also ordered a ice cream by the time I got my burger then waited for second burger meal the ice cream was melted. Split all over my car it still smells I had mnm in my drink holder I had to pay car cleaner to clean my car I am not happy Jan

Dirtiest MacDonalds I’ve ever been too ! Over flowing bins Dirty tables Face masks left on table and I was told that is ok ! I responded with ‘ no it’s not ! Dirty floors behind kitchen area Will never ever visit this Maccas again !! Female toilet could not be used due to no paper

This Maccas is great but they recently haven't been in stock of Lactose free milk. My family members are Lactose intolerant so they are usually unable to get a simple cup of coffee. Other than that this maccas is pretty good, the bathrooms are always clean.

Ordered coffee, and it was quite good. Order didn't come out as fast as I thought it would be, considering we were the only customers. Probably has a few online orders. Place was clean and staff were friendly.
