La Vita. Constantly good food with decent service. But you will pay for it. Cafe setting with restaurant pricing. Servings are generally massive but may benefit from slightly smaller servings and slightly cheaper prices.
Remarkably consistent great food. Service always on point. Large menu. A must try. Definitely one of those restaurants that you keep going back too.
Delicious food and flawless service was what made our night amazing with a large group book of 12 people they didn't miss a beat. The food was beyond your average cafe style this was a step above and being local will be back soon

Kevin always greets you with a kiss and handshake, calls you by your name. God knows how many people go through his restaurant. It’s always busy friendly staff are there to make your time there comfortable and enjoyable.

One of my favourite local places. The staff are so friendly, and service is very quick. Every meal that we have had is just tasty and totally without fault. A bit noisy at very busy times. But that just shows how popular they are.
This place is always so packed, and now I know why! It's all about good, delicious food, and friendly service! This is no fine dining but it's great for a good casual meal, or just a coffee and dessert (they have a few to select from). I will definitely be coming back!

Great family dining. We've been here several times and always enjoy our meals. What prompted me to write a review was the great 'allergy awareness' we experienced at La Vita.
When explaining that our 2.5 year old boy is allergic to milk, eggs and peanuts, the waiter immediately went to chat to the chefs about what they could cook for him, and came back with some options for us. This was done proactively, without fuss and with great understanding. The chef was quick to provide options (even though these weren't on the kids menu).
After dinner, the other children wanted ice-cream - something that's always tricky for our son. The waiter let us know that the lemon gelati was safe. Then - the best bit! - I watched her wash the ice-cream scoop, hesitate, then wash a little shovel and scrape the entire top layer aside, so that she could scoop our ice-cream from underneath. This was unprompted and showed a great understanding of allergies and cross-contamination. I could've hugged her! Thank you for helping a little boy have a great night with his family. We'll definitely be back.
Had breakfast here. Kids pancake was adult size and as my daughter eats like a bird, daddy got to enjoy a pancake as well. I also had the French toast which was really nice. What was disappointing was that the coffee we had on the table were bitter tasting, signaling they use cheap beans or they burnt the coffee as they made it. Either way, 3 sugars couldn't balance out the bitterness. This was the only disappointment of the meal. It's a good thing that the French toast was delicious.
Excellent Italian food with lots of Gluten Free options, friendly staff and good atmosphere, prices a little high but still definitely worth it.

Nice Italian food. The experience there was quite nice. The food is good, although it could have some more taste. The prices are a bit high, but you can taste great food. Nice place and atmosphere, good staff and got meal size.
Best Moreton Bay Bugs meal ever. La Vita is Adelaides best Italian restaurant. The service is fantastic and food is amazing! We have tried the pizza, pasta and both were fantastic but most recently we tried theoreton Bay Bugs and garlic prawns...wow is all I can say - super delicious. The only disappointment is the desserts look amazing but we never have any room left to try them! Maybe one day :)
Love this place. Authentic fresh cuisine that has never disappointed. Large open space great for groups and functions. Have enjoyed every dish I've tried.
Amazing service, perfect timing between courses/drinks. Heated outdoor areas were great, meals were huge. Definitely recommended to all. Will be back!
Service is a little off. Some days great service. Other times not so great. In terms of good very good and tasty. Only down fall is I like my steak cooked medium and it came out well done. It was still edible and I enjoyed everything else on the plate. Have also been for breakfast and was very nice. It's very loud in there so not great for dates or one on one conversations. Will go back for the food.
Always perfect!. I love coming here, food is always great, iv had several different items and non have been bad at all! Service is great and kitchen staff/chefs are friendly!

Very good food and service... Friendly well trained staff ... Good parking. Just ticks all boxes. Only thing if you are a regular and have tried all their menu or specials they should take more risks and add new dishes not done before.

Good eating. We were very pleased with our visit to La Vita on a Saturday night. Good friendly service,Good selection of tasty food and at reasonable prices. I would say that It sits nicely somewhere between silver service and basic pub grub in both food quality, selection and price.
I had Scallopini Funghi which was really tasty and my partner had Polo Florentine which she also found delicious. We followed this up with Belgium Waffles which came with warm chocolate sauce, sliced strawberries, a big scoop of gelati and a dob of cream on the top.
Our serves were not large and some big eaters may find them a bit lacking. But we are not big eaters and prefer quality over quantity anytime. Besides it left us able to try the desserts which we are not often able to do after consuming a large main course at other venues. In the end we both left well satisfied.
My only slight niggle was arriving to find that we had been allocated a table for two where one chair was really placed well out into a major traffic walk way. I could imagine being bumped repeatedly as people walked past and navigated around me, not to mention the possibility of a spilled drink or food platter landing on me. It just felt as if I was in the way of other diners and the waiting staff and I was quite uncomfortable. But a quiet word to staff soon found us relocated to a more suitable table. Yes, we had booked well in advance.
So if you want somewhere a bit more upmarket than basic pub grub then La Vita is highly recommended. We will certainly be going back.

Wonderful food great coffee and wonderful staff . Go for it well worth the trip.
Corner cafe with plenty of indoor seating. 1hr parking day limit can be a challenge. I had the risotto entre size which was quite large and filling. Service was friendly although I felt the staff working when we were there could have paid better attention to the dining room instead of chatting. Took me a while to get one of their attention. Menu had a good amount of varying options. Happy to return.
Exceptional service. Staff were super friendly. Antipasto and pasta was great but the chicken and steak were just okay!

Nice food, well presented, quick friendly service. Very seafood heavy dishes which didn't work for me but did for my family. Little cramped inside which made me a little worried re: Covid but otherwise was good. Outside area looked quite nice too!
Had a fantastic lunch today (30/3/22) at La Vita. Our Pasta meals were absolutely delicious. The Penne La Vita was excellent, and the rose sauce was truly amazing! My 96 year-old Mother-in-law, who usually eats very small meals, ate all of her large serving of Tortellini. The staff, while very busy, were extremely pleasant, efficient, and a lot of fun. This cafe is well worth a visit for quality Italian food, in a relaxed setting.
Suspiciously delicious! Didn’t realise this place would be such lovely Italian food. Plenty to choose from and they went ahead with my order of plain old Gnocchi Napolitana. Velvety gnocchi and wonderful service. The only thing I would fault is that we booked in advance and they seated everybody in one corner of the restaurant so it felt a little claustrophobic.

The place was nice, not a fine dining place. I had a parmi and it was the same as the parmi I had from the pub. It's speciality is Italian so maybe I ordered the wrong food. The service was very good though and for a group dinner I would say it's worth a try.
